Know money or you won't make money!
You probably like me have learnt about money in you study of Economics in school. may be you studied business in school where you've learnt to manage resources of which money is one. But I bet liike most people you were not taught how to make money in school. You must have imbibed your idea about money from here and there. Most of the time these ideas are not put to test and therefore we haven't been able to demonstrate our conception of what money is to us - our perception of money. This truly becomes our experience in the long run. Our belief becomes our experience. In this series Lemmyc's money making 101, Well don't worry about the title; it's just my own thoughts about money money and money making. I'll be looking at a lot of issues surrounding money, making money and the thinking around money. Is money easily attracts to you? Do you know the thought, attitude and actions you need to take so as to attract money to yourself.
Most people look for money outside of themselves. But making money is a skill you must master. Learn to your profit or ignore it to your peril. I have been in plenty and in want. Either way I learnt to be content with what I have. I have also learnt that I and only I will create the environment that I desire.
Know money or you won't attract money
What does money mean to you? Well the answer you give depends on your school of thought. Either way you thought is insignificant. People have different perspectives. Money is a means of contribution, a vehicle to transfer value from one form to the other. Within any community it is an acceptable means for exchange of goods or services. Money is value trapped in form of an agreed means of exchange or currency.
Know how to create value
What you you call value? And how do you create value. In the market place your worth is based on the quantity, quality, and value you bring to it. What talent can you bring to the market place? What is it worth? How can you transform this intangible aspect of your talent to something of great worth and real for others to desire it. What price would you put for it? How do you attract people who need it? These are fundamental questions you need to become accustomed to in your determination to making money.
What money ideas do you have for making money?
It's the idea that brings the money not the other way round. You need to first be an idea man before you become a money man. What do I mean be that? It's simple! If you can't imagine it; the you can't have it. Any idea you have of how to make money must begin in your imagination. The question is not the money you need. But what can I give, contribute, solve, or difference to make so that you get the money you want? There is no money for nothing. You have to give something for the money you hope to make.
What are your God given talents? Who can I serve through it? What problem can you solve through your work? What services can you bring into your community to help to better peoples life? The means are many but the formula is the same.
You are rewarded when you are able to bridge the gap between demand and supply. This demand could be in form of providing solution to people's every day problems. This solution would have a monetary value attached to it.
How can you market your idea to many?
You've brought your idea to reality. How do you take it to your customers. Or how will serve your customers with your product. Where are they? How do you get to them. Is not just dreaming about contribution of your talent or idea to your customers you need to know how best to serve them. Fundamentally, for any innovative or problem solving endeavor marketing is key to how you profit from your innovation. You need a lot of effort, motivation, time and imagination to up a good marketing campaign.
