my condo is vacant and for sale. i live elsewhere. can i still deduct interest on mortgage
property is in new jersey
Yes - deduct interest and real estate taxes as an itemized deduction on Schedule A. You can deduct interest for your primary residence and one additional personal residence.
In my opinion you should visit the New Condo company in Singapore for more information regarding mortgage.
