I need a personal loan, I am truning 21 this september 3 and i'm trying to go to school in...

hamilton and trying to get my own place there, i live in keswick ontario at the moment with my parents and they are not helping me with loans because they don't believe in co-signing for anyone even if its family, and they are not helping me with schooling or getting my own place, so I'm just asking for help to get a loan with no co-signer.

I've seen a lot of relationships ruined for decades over cosigns on student loans. It may drive you crazy now and I bet you're pissed at them. But, 17% of bankruptcies are filed by students graduating from college. Sadly, bankruptcy won't cover student loans. The job market is exceptionally hard right now for graduates... just watch CNBC for a little while. Even after the market picks back up, there are millions of people with more experience than you that will be taking jobs before you for at least a couple years. The numbers say there's a good chance you'll have to declare hardship deferral immediately after graduating. It sounds like your parents really care about you and are wise with their relationships and finances. You might consider taking a couple less classes, waiting tables at a restaurant, and taking an extra year or two to get through school... or maybe go to a junior college if that applies to your situation. I'm sorry it's not the answer you wanted right now. But, you'll be glad later if you take that advice. Please take it from someone who knows what they're talking about.
