The unemployment office will ask your side of the story and they will make a decision from what you said. It is always important to notes of problems at work so you can refer back to when something happened.
You may have to wait six weeks but you should still get it be patient and in the mean time keep looking for work, unemployment is not that much if you did not make more than $35,000
