There is this man on tv right now. He has a book called "Be a Real estate Millionaire" And he claims that you can make money off of real estate with NO MONEY by buying is book.. hahaha
So has anyone read the book?
yay, exactly, and getting the house of your dreams in the middle of no-where full of black mold. LOL
Sure, you can make money in real estate, mo money down. Can you keep it? is another story. If the money was so big in real estate the no money down way, they would not be sharing the info with you; they would be loading up instead. It seems to me the real money is in the infomercial.
These infomercials must provide a return on their investment otherwise they would not continue. Selling a service or information is different than selling a product, but they package it as a product (books, DVD, etc.) The concepts in Real Estate have a greater chance of success if you are buying in deeply depressed markets. You have to have a rental market and staying power or the ability to perform rehab with sweat equity in order to make money.
