Change banks. After what this country has been through recently because of banks and their practices, it is beyond me why they still have customers. Credit Unions and community banks can offer everything the big banks do without the fees and corruption.
Join a credit union. I moved my accounts away from BofA, to a local credit union. No fees for anything, and a much nicer attitude.
