      Indeed it does look like hub material.  On the other hand, Igor joined 1 1/2 hours ago.  His profile indicates he is a credit repair service and he has posted several messages on the subject in the financial section of the forums.
      
      Not sure if he thinks he is writing hubs or just spamming.

   I didn't bother to see if it was duplicate material.  A link would have gotten a "spam" report.  I took it at face value and suggested it belonged in a hub rather than here.  Now, it's gone.

   Now there are credit repair programs out there that are cheap. Going to a  attorney can be expensive
