AN UNDERCLASS OPINION OF REPUBLICAN-TEA PARTY HOGWASH

Underclass Opinion

AN UNDERCLASS OPINION OF REPUBLICAN-TEA PARTY HOGWASH

Over 35 thousand public sector jobs were among the recent job lost reported last week. The Private Sector is reported to say, that they can’t hire until they know what Obama is going to do about taxes. American businesses and corporations do more hiring off shore than on shore, they tend to do a lot of layoffs on shore. That, no doubt makes good business sense, but it doesn’t help America’s employment problem. Many Republican Governors are, now and will be, until stopped by replacement, laying off public employees. Conservatives also want to reduce Federal public employees. By the 2012 election season, millions more will be unemployed and the unemployment rate will surely be over 10%, and President Obama will be blamed for not creating jobs.

Where are the jobs, Mr. President? That has to be a trick question. If the President was to answer, I think he’d probably say, “I don’t have the power to create jobs in America. My job is to create an environment for job growth. Those that controlled small business loans and financing are not lending. I understand why Big Business and Wall Street won’t support job growth between now and the elections, they know my plan is to tax and regulate them; they won’t do anything to make me appear Presidential. For a Republican to ask me a question like that is like a childish tease. If everything I try to do good for the American people is blocked by all Republican-Tea Party members in the House, and some Conservative Democrats, plus blue and yellow Dog Democrats, I’m powerless to help the people. The things that I was able do for the good of the people is targeted for defunding and deregulation by the Republican Controlled Congress.” Even though it may be true, that the unemployment numbers is another ploy used by Conservative interest, to deny President Obama a second term, he can’t voice that opinion without proof, “I CAN.” He would surely state the above quote in other and better words.

The National Debt is a spending problem, not a revenue problem. “THAT’S CONSERVATIVE HOGWASH.” Why at this time and this Presidential Administration must the emergency brake on spending be applied? Is the defunding of President Barrack’s Administration an attempt to cause the President to fail? “I THINK SO.” “The Office of President of the United States and the man holding that office has never been so disrespected and disregarded in the history of this Nation, “why on his watch?” There are some on the right that has said,” I think the President is a good person but a bad leader”, “MORE HOGWASH”.

All entitlement spending should be looked at in the consideration of the Nation’s deficit reduction plan. Medicare and social security should be taken off the list of entitlements, because the people are entitled to get what they paid years to receive. If the money borrowed from the system by the Federal Government through the years is paid back to the system, it would reduce the system’s revenue problems. All other entitlements, Farm, Banking Subsidies, Corporate, Business and Social should be examined on basics of need. The discretionary spending by the Government should be examined from six figure salaries for management positions, to the constant pay raises for Law Makers. Fraud and corruption is out of control on all levels of government, Federal, State and Local. If fraud and corruption was a crime punishable by mandatory minimums of 15 years and confiscation of all ill gotten gains, America would have no debt problems in a short time. The Nation’s debt is a Greed and Stealing problem, not a Spending problem.

The Tea Party is potentially the most destructive political party ever, in American history. They took a pledge that if elected, they would not under any circumstance vote to raise taxes or allow the debt ceiling to rise. They also pledge to make the President a one termer. What makes the Tea Party potentially destructive and dangerous? Well… When people pledge allegiance they usually raise their right hand to God. That same sense of honor and duty is felt by some people when sworn in as jurors. As a juror one must use evidence and common sense to come to a conclusion. If 3 of 12 jurors would have voted guilty, there would still be hope for justice for little Caylee Anthony. The jury, All 12 members said not guilty, because of lack of hard evidence. With so much circumstantial evident, I would have expected a hung jury, not acquittal. The new Tea Party members of congress are for the most part, jury pool candidates. The Tea Party law makers are naïve and power drunk, led by the two Presidential hopefuls with the most sex appeal; they may be willing to chance economic collapse. The Professional politicians on the Republican side can’t reason which them because they made a pledge to vote how they will vote, before they came to Congress. They are potentially destructive and dangerous if like the jurors, Tea Party members of congress don’t use discretion and discernment to cast their votes. I hope they remember they pledged allegiance to the flag, before they pledge allegiance to the Tea Party.

The Professional Republican law makers are pretending to be confused about whose taxes the President want to increase. GOP leadership claims that the Job Creators shouldn’t be taxed, because they will create jobs when the time is right. HOGWASH!!! The GOP wants to decrease Social Entitlements while increasing Corporate and Business Entitlements. It seems common sense solutions apply only in GOP rhetoric. Common sense should be used to understand that, when the people are employed, buying things, and paying taxes, the Nation’s economy grows. If 50% of Americans don’t earn enough money to be taxed and the 48% of tax payers are suffering from UN and UNDER employment, while sharing less than 10% of the Nation’s wealth, the common sense solution to grow the Nation’s economy is to tax the 2% of Americans that own over 90% of the wealth in America. Taxing the Americans who own over 90% of the money in America makes sense, common and uncommon sense. It doesn’t make sense to tax the poor, who need more money than they have, to survive. The working class is being unemployed nationwide, daily. The Government must follow the money and the wealthy must pay more taxes, bottom line.

The politically naive has been put in powerful political positions by a major political party that has been leaderless since the 2008 Presidential election. Filled with HOGWASH and a false sense of purpose, these new contestants hold the fate of America in their hands. The Tea Party created by Fox News and the Conservative Movement is in the House talking HOGWASH. The seeds are planted; soon we will see the first harvest.

Thank you, Squad Leader for your comment. I also believe that many who never studied or failed civics and American history are now very knowledgeable, thanks to Fox News reports and Tea Party candidates.

Great hub Junko, I’m always amazed at the people who want to blame the president for everything. I have found that most don’t even know how their government works, or maybe they do know and it just doesn’t matter.

The Republican Party is right. It is a spending problem... one caused by their own policies. The ill conceived wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, the unpaid-for Bush tax cuts, etc. So now they want to make the poor, the elderly, the most vulnerable citizens pay for their mistakes. The so-called Tee Party appeals to the bigots, the haters, the intolerant and the just plain stupid. They close their eyes to the truth and that is worse than being blind. They pervert the word entitlement. It only means that to which one is entitled. Don't we all deserve that? The most amazing thing about these misguided souls is that they claim to be Christians. Wow!

I find that you have given A very fufilling and concise overview of the deepseated and desperate failing state of the country/government, thanks oweing to the last two(being one and the same) administrations. I do very much so agree with all that you have here stated wholeheartedly (100%)

for as much as I am completely aware wholly in my Spirit that the managiere of the seat sitters in the House, the senate, and the congress in the greater majority are doing all that they can to make the present president appear to be as inadequate as the very word itself inspite of his keeping the country from falling thusforth headlong on it's face though he is only an inheritor of the awful position of the country's woe's as it stands.

I applaud you Junko even as I applaud President Obama in all of his efforts shown to keep his word[s] given in his campaign to serve the people in all honesty and truth. We are only (Thanks be to GOD)Graced, by the Grace of GOD to be able to stand at all in lieu of the enemies to the people that elected them to serve the same(people) that they show everyday that there is on their part no, not any care at all for the people's welbeing.

Nonetheless: I to declare with the President in all sincerity and faithfully. (YES WE CAN)!!!....

Cred2 Thanks for stopping by and talking, you are a soldier. A vital part of the right wing propaganda machine is being examined in the U.K.today. The grass root Tea Party members has been used and confused, than dismissed. The Tea Party house members are radical, not political, they know not what they do.

Thanks, Junko, the problems remain with the rightwing propaganda machine, how is it that this nonsense seem to have more traction than the truth. Who in their rightmind short of the very wealthy would put the interests of the idle rich in place of working class and middle class citizens. Obama must prevail, he is a clever man and I hope that he has a card or two under his sleeve in preparation for the gathering storm of Thurston Howells that are using their money and power against him. Well, I do not respect the Tea Party as their agenda is totally selfish, being ready to destroy the economy if they do not get their way? Cred2

The tea party is just a bunch of disappointed republicans who dislike democrates espically the Presidant; and was formed primarily because of him being elected. They are your basic old school rich republicans thats not concerned about americans as a country, their concerns are about the rich and upper class. The scary thing is this country is gullible to fall to their "HOGWASH". Let pray to GOD this don't happen. Junko you are very observetive.

Just curious but why is it any time someone talks about the ea party (which by the way is not a political party) to they have to resort to name calling and derogatory comments? I have never read any comment anywhere by a tea partier which has resorted to those same tactics?

HSCHNEIDER, Thanks for supporting my rant. The Tea Party, I don't believe is ready for prime time. Ready or not they are the step children of the GOP, in the house.

The GOP is prepared to destroy this country in an effort to get back in the whitehouse. They know they can count on the continued ignorance of their faithful. The job creating tax cuts they are protecting have caused the worst 11 year period of job losses since the depression. The GOP moronic voters refuse to examine any facts that disagree with the party propoganda.

The TeaBaggers and Koch Suckers on the right have no interest in solving the problems in this country. The only thing they care about is holding Obama to 1 term. They know that regardless of what they do to hasten the detruction of this country the faithful will still accuse Obama. Bush spent 8 years working to destroy the middle class and they blame Obama. Dubya and his puppet master Cheney started 2 illegal wars and Obama gets the blame. Bush deregulated the financial industry and allowed the financial meltdown and again it's Obama's fault. Bush and Reagan contributed to massive debt and Obama get's the blame. There is no way to solve the real problems in this country until the GOP faithful embrace reality. Boner still publically refers to the tax cuts as job creating. We have 11 years of job losses during their existance and the dumb a$$es on the right buy his BullChit. Ignorance is the only example of American Execptionalism left in this country. They don't need proof, all they need is a candidate that claims god told her to run for the job of president.

Awesome Hub Junko. You have said it very well. The Tea Party faction is dragging the Republicans down and our country with it. They are blackmailing us into submitting to their will over raising the debt ceiling. You are right that this is not strictly a spending problem. The Bush tax cuts purposely caused a revenue problem. The 2 wars and the war on terror has caused the spending problem component. We need increased revenues and less wars. They need to stop squeezing the working class.
