Ben Carson's comments about supporting a Muslim Candidate.

Updated on September 22, 2015

The Dr. is in.

First, let's be accurate about what he said.

Ben Carson was asked if he would support a Muslim candidate for President, on Sunday September 20th, 2015. He said that he would not support a Muslim for President of our Nation.Of course, a media firestorm ensued almost immediately. His words have been twisted and he was even accused of violating the U.S. Constitution! I do not see how anyone could even think of going that far. He can support who ever he chooses to in the future for the White House. I am amazed, even in this day and age, that the National Media is able to make a large case out of this.

Even in the age of political correctness, we should not be hearing the backlash of this. Let's face it, many women walking down the street have said into a microphone that they will vote for Hillary because she is a woman. Many other women have said they will not because we should not have a female president in the era of radical Islam. I have heard those comments by the scores. I have also heard that people will not support another Bush or Clinton. Many people said that they would not support a Catholic in J.F.K.'s era.

Isn't it everyone's right to support who they want to? of course it is! Ben Carson never should have been asked that question, but since he was, he told the truth. That is what I take away from this!

Why his answer can be supported.

Many people are saying that even though they do not want Sharia Law imposed in America, that Dr. Carson was wrong. Actually, that is exactly why he is right!

Thank about it this way. Did not President Obama say that it was un American to make changes by executive order, and did he not say that George W. Bush was unpatriotic to allow the national deficit to climb to $7,000,000,000.00? Yes he did. Yet once he took the oval office, he ballooned the deficit and has issued many executive orders, because those actions he wanted to take would never get approval.

So, what would prevent a Muslim American President from campaigning against Sharia law, but then slowly imposing it, little by little, as time went on? Nothing would. The brilliant Dr. Carson knows this, and now he is being persecuted for being honest about it!

Another point to consider.

I believe that Dr. Big Ben was 100% right because if you look at what their religion forbids, many concerns arise. Are not Muslims disallowed to say "God bless America" ? Are thay not supposed to stay silent during the pledge of allegiance and the singing of America's National Anthem, and American the Beautiful? These are valid questions and they are the reason that I support Dr. Ben Carson, and his latest truthful answer.

Do you agree with Dr. Carson for saying that he would not support a Muslim for U.S. President?
