Bernie Sanders Arrived at Walmart in Trumpesque Style
Bernie Sander's just showed America how he will rule
Bernie Sanders, did something to try to shame corporate America and in return he showed America that like Trump, he will use underhanded tricks and demean people to get what he wants. That is truly a shame.
Bernie Sanders wormed his way into a shareholders meeting that he had no business being in. He used an employee of the company to gain his proxy and attend the meeting. Risking the possibility that this employee could be disciplined or even fired.
He demeaned the company CEO Doug McMillon, by name attacked his salary and the "starvation wages" of the employees. Like Trump, using divisive attacking words.
Bernie Sanders could have taken the high road and which seemed to be the case when he said, "The American people are tired of subsidizing the greed of the largest and most profitable corporations in the country.
But instead, like Trump he told them what they needed to do, "put workers on the company's board and raise the minimum wage.
It is understandable that he is trying to sway Trump voters, but to behave in such a way is not what the American people need. We've had that for the last two years and too see him behave in that way, voters need to take a step back and see if this is what they want. A Trumpean candidate for President on the Democratic ticket.
Bernie Sanders is not a Democrat, he is an Independent who is running under a party he doesn't belong too.
And like Trump, he isn't stopping there, he said his next stop was McDonald's.

Walmart
While Walmart has a long history of underpaying and over working their employees. Our government has or should I say had regulations to keep them honest when it came to wage and labor and it is our government that has let us down in that aspect. However, as a company, Walmart is using the excuse of paying the mandated wage, to take the heat away from them. In reality, they own the company and could make a corporate decision to pay their employees more, just like Amazon, Bill Miller BBQ and others who pay over the mandated wage.
Lobbyists control wages through our government officials. When we stop their interference, then we can begin to have livable wages.
Bernie Sanders took the Trump path to make a point and to pull support away from Trump. Only time will tell if this was a good thing or a bad thing for his campaign.
Stooping to Trump's level should make American's take a second look how he might run this country should he be elected President.
