Is Boris Johnson The British Trump?

With May stepping down as the Prime Minister of Britain and Boris Johnson now taking over the wheel, the UK may be facing hell. Trump and Johnson are arguably very lookalike; I mean the hair and bad ideas.

Let's start with the most well known 'scandal'; big, red London bus lie. Johnson 'promised' that the NHS would accumulate £350 million weekly post Brexit. And most Brits fell into that deception. He was tossed into court after this. He may have won the court battle, but lets hope he'll eventually lose the war. Already a sign of a brilliant leader and Prime Minister.

This being similar to Trump's wall promise, which was originally supposed to be paid by American citizen, but now the Pentagon funds are being used for the construction - and the wall is finally being built.

So maybe Trump is better than Johnson in terms of promises.

US Ambassador Woody Johnson said "Their leadership has a lot in common. Both have their own style but similarities - a clear vision of what they want to accomplish." The style and leadership part is accurate at least.

As of current Johnson and Trump have been constructing a free trade agreement as soon as the UK leaves the EU - most plausible amidst a no-deal Brexit.

At least the two countries will have a close relation, notably with the USA being one of the strongest or yet, the most influential 'superpower'.

Well, the brave lad rode a zip wire at least...and got stuck. This might've been an even adverser choice than the Brexit promise.
