Donald Trump Stands With Us
Introduction
I’m here to explain to you why Donald Trump stands with us. As a young, female, college student voting in a presidential election for the first time, I want my voice to be heard as much as I possibly can. If you are young like me, I urge you to do your research and vote. This election is crucial for us; the millennials looking forward to a bright future in the best country in the world, The United States of America. This is our time to be heard, and this is our shot to get our country back.
Let’s get this straight, Donald Trump did not have to run for President. He’s not a politician. He could’ve sat back and watch this country unfold. He could’ve lived the rest of his life well off without a single worry. He never wanted to get into public service and even stated in an interview with Oprah Winfrey dating back to 1988 that he wouldn’t run for president unless the country got so bad. That was 28 years ago and here Donald J Trump is today, running for president. I do believe he truly cares about America, and he’s doing this for us, for those who haven’t been heard through this corrupt system that has evolved in our great country.

Hillary is NOT with us
Here’s why:
I could not even begin to list all of the reasons on why Hillary Clinton shouldn’t be president. However, I do want people to understand that she does not stand for us. If you do think you believe in Hillary’s policies, how do you even know what they truly are? How can you trust her? After all, she believes that you should “have both a public and private position” on situations according to her leaked e-mails. The media focuses a lot on who hacked John Podesta’s e-mails, but can we shed some light on the content in them? Insulting catholics, calling the religion “bastardized”, calling Latinos “needy”, and Clinton’s operative calling black voters “stupid”. How about the one where “she dreams of open borders and free trade”? Hillary Clinton claims that the 65,000 Syrian refugees will be vetted before entering the country but Wikileaks shows that vetting all of those refugees is “impossible”. All of these e-mails are just another example of the corrupt and dishonest campaign that makes up Hillary Clinton.
Dating back to when Bill Clinton was in the oval office, I recently read a book called “Crisis of Character” by Gary J. Byrne. This man was a Secret Service Officer during Bill Clinton’s Presidency. It shows how Hillary treated the Secret Service and also the relationship with her and her husband. He writes, “I witnessed firsthand the Clintons’ personal and professional dysfunction: So consumed were they by scandal, so intent on destroying their real or imagined enemies, that governing became an afterthought.” [Gary Byrne, Crisis of Character, p. XI] It makes me wonder, how can we elect this couple back into office when all they cared about was power?
It’s interesting to see Hillary Clinton act so sentimental and caring towards children and women. Last time I checked Hillary Clinton threatened Juanita Broaddrick if she spoke out about her husband, Bill Clinton, raping her. Not to mention the three other women who Hillary Clinton tried to silence about her husband’s disgusting actions. All of these women were at the second presidential debate while Hillary Clinton laughed it off when confronted by the situation. Is that the woman you want standing up for women's rights? I surely don’t. This woman is the type of person who lets her husband cheat on her, while trying to silence his victims. This is a woman who takes money from countries that treat women terribly and stone homosexuals to death. This is the woman who defended a pedophile and laughed it off when he passed the lie detector test. This is not the woman I want my future daughter to look up to. That right there offends me as a woman and I hope that it would offend others as well. This is most definitely NOT the person i’d call a role model, and not the woman i’d be proud to name as the first female President of the United States. She doesn’t care about women, she only BELITTLES us.
Hillary, are we really ‘stronger together’? I remember her calling Trump supporters a bunch of ‘deplorables’. That doesn’t unite us, it divides us.
Now, let’s talk about the miners and steelworkers who will be out of jobs if Hillary is elected. She even said it herself at a CNN Town Hall. No, Hillary, those workers don’t accept your apology. Or how about the four men who were left to die in Benghazi while Hillary refused to tell the truth about it time and time again.
For my last point, and certainly not all that I could’ve written, is the fact that Hillary Clinton is yet again under FBI investigation. How can we even let this woman run for presidency? SHE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION. Hillary deleted thousands of classified e-mails. This is an extremely serious crime, how is she not in jail? How can we trust her with national security and defeating isis? We simply can’t.
Hillary Clinton believes she is above the law. SHE IS NOT WITH US. She does not and will not ever let our voice be heard.
Make America Great Again
Donald Trump’s campaign slogan “Make America Great Again” speaks for the hard working Americans who would like to see change in the White House. This does not mean we don’t think America is great, we believe America is going in the wrong direction and would like to see something different. To me, as a millennial, Make America Great Again means more jobs for hardworking Americans and especially factory workers. It means to replace Obamacare, whose premiums have increased by 44%. It is protecting our homeless veterans before letting in Syrian refugees. We must use our military as the strong men and women they are, and defeat Isis. We cannot keep denying Radical Islamic Terrorism, it is real. We cannot pay Iran $400 million in ransom under the table. We must secure our borders. Make America Great Again is not just a phrase. To me, it means being able to say we are One Nation Under God, respecting our law enforcement, and coming together as American people once again.
Another reason why this election is so crucial, is because of the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court is going to affect the younger generations for many years to come. Do we want someone with bad judgement and no integrity to appoint these positions? We need someone who will protect our religious liberty and our right to bear arms. We need someone to protect our constitutional rights.
No, Donald Trump isn’t perfect, no one is. We need a leader to rise above the corrupt system and protect us. We don’t need someone who we can’t trust with national security. I am far more concerned for the well being of this country being run by someone with the character of Hillary Clinton, rather than being run by a man who is simply politically incorrect.
I’ve had the privilege of attending a Trump rally a few weeks ago. There was no hatred. There was only love for our country and people of every race coming together as one. Trump is not a politician, he speaks to the American people just as any other person would. He is not the horrible person the media makes him out to be, in fact, he is kind and wants to better America. Donald Trump has rallies 2-3 times a day and 87+ rallies since August with crowds of 10,000 people or more. Out of the 34 rallies that Hillary has actually showed up to, only a dozen have had crowds of 1,000 people. Trump is working hard for this, he believes in America and i’m sorry folks, but Donald Trump has created something we’ve never seen before. Millions are coming together to support him and help get rid of the corrupt government and vote in someone who will finally be our voice. The establishment hates Trump because he is doing what no one else could’ve done or was too afraid to do. He’s taking a stand. The American people are sick of not being heard, we are sick of the corrupt system. We want change, and Donald Trump is the man to do it.
And to Mr. Trump, thank you. Thank you for stepping up and being our voice when it feels like we don’t have one. Thank you for spending your time, money, and for putting your family through the media’s turmoil, when you really didn’t have to. Thank you for reminding Americans what it’s like to show patriotism. Whether we win or lose on November 8th, this was a movement like no other. You made history for the American people. Thank you.
