Disconnected From Reality

Since the inception of the modern day Tea Party movement, they've been so far off the mark with common sense stuff. The only thing the Tea Party is actually good at is lying and omitting the facts that disprove their logic.

An early example of this practice, proves their blatant lies and misleading information on a $700 Billion savings to Medicare, then they try to use that same savings in their budget. It's shameful that they slammed the Obama Administration for the savings to Medicare then try to steal the credit for the savings.

A more recent deception the Tea Party is trying to use to make themselves look like they care, but they won't admit that giving Americans a raise will put more money into the economy. Their logic is that raising the Federal Minimum Wage will kill jobs and cost consumers more money for the things the buy regularly.

Their efforts to block or embarrass the Obama Administration and their proposed policies is clearly a ruse to distract from the fact that they the GOP have no intentions of bringing anything to the table that might validate this administration's historical legacy.

And the TRUTH will set the GOP free

Let's look at the Score cards

A conveniently omitted fact by the GOP is that after eight years GOP leadership under George W. Bush as Commander In Chief, left the country saddled with a $1.2 Trillion Deficit. Another inconvenient truth, President Clinton left the US Economy with a $236 Billion budget surplus. That's $236,000,000,000 in the black (positive) as opposed to the $1,200,000,000,000 in the red (negative). So the GOP's logic is a simplistic one, oppose anything that's positive that the Obama Administration is trying to do for the country and scream bloody murder at the top of their lungs to distract people from the aforementioned truth.

Fact is, that the GOP really doesn't have a leg to stand on in terms of positive actions that happened under their most recent watch. Their tactic since day one of the Obama Administration, has been to complain about everything he does to make him look bad and do nothing to advance the country. The way I figure it, it's that they're pissed because that coiled up snake on the Tea Party Flag has been consistently biting them in their collective asses because their scheme has backfired on a consistent basis.

It's a sad fact that the writing is on the of history, this GOP / Tea Party Agenda has failed the American people miserably. They've consistently been on the wrong side of the will of the people, people that they took the oath of office to represent their voice with in our representative system of government known as DEMOCRACY!
