Faith cont.

Updated on June 1, 2016

facts faith feelings

Pastor put on a wonderful learning skit to show us God’s Fact, Your Faith, and how crazy Feelings are all connected. Pastor played the role of Facts, Minister Harris played Faith and Revy Rev played the role of Feelings. I don’t know about you but I’m a very visual person. I’ve learned that seeing yourself played out brings it to light in a total different form or fashion. Makes you step back and say man I need to get these feelings under control.

Facts are the truth, the word, the way, and the life. Know the word of God and you have all the facts you need to power your faith. Knowing the Facts gives you the truth. Knowing the facts give you the way. Knowing the facts gives you a way of life lead by God. But without the facts leaves room for your faith to be shaken. That’s when those feelings come in and start to play tricks on your mind. God say’s no worries I got you, feelings say’s yea ok girl that bill due today what you gone do. But if you know the facts then your faith will over power your feelings and keep you strong standing on the Facts aka the Word of God. And you’ll turn to your feelings standing on your faith and say no worries God’s got it.

Now if you haven’t figured it out by now, Faith begins where facts is known. Faith can’t make it without facts. Let me say that again FAITH CAN NOT MAKE IT WITHOUT FACTS. It’s just not gone happen, you not gone be able to do it. Faith is nothing without the word of God. Faith is the bridge between Facts and Feelings. Faith is powered by facts, but now feelings on the other hand are powered by humanity by the world by walking in the flesh unless your faith stands on the facts. When your faith stands on the facts you can gracefully keep your feelings in control.

I had times when I was in the hospital and I would just start crying. That was them feelings trying to take over. My solution to this problem I open that GOOD OL BOOK turn on my gospel music and let God’s Facts power my Faith and turn to tell the devil he is a lie. Being truthful with one’s self is the hardest thing one can do. But I challenge you today look in the mirror and ask yourself is Faith leading you or is them Feelings taking over.

If you missed this powerful word you can always catch it online at solomontempleministries.org. Pray to see you all down at the temple, be blessed.
