- 12 out of 15 Lok Shabha, Government of Congress (Once – 1996, JD Government with support of INC)
- Only once non Congress government completed a Term , 13th Lok Shabha – 1999, (BJP government with NDA alliance)
- Congress ruled more than 80% in independent BHARAT
- Till 1984, First 8 Lok Shabha Congress ruled with full majority in 7 Lok Shabha constant in first 6 Lok Shabha
- In this 7 Lok Shabha, Congress hold average 69% seats in Parliament with average 46.7% Popular Votes
- In this 7 Lok Shabha, Congress’ best performance in 1984 got 77.7% seats in Parliament with highest 62% Popular Votes
- In this 7 Lok Shabha, Congress’ worst performance in 1967 got 54.4% seats in Parliament with lowest 40.8% Popular Votes
- Till 1984 every government came with full majority and only non Congress Government in 1977 (After immediate of Emergency) with full majority can not sustain for its full term, collapse in just 3 years
- From 9th Lok Shabha (1989) to 15th Lok Shabh (2009) No Single Party got Full Majority in General Elections.
- From 1989 BJP came with other leading political party apart from Congress on national level
- From 1989 only Janta Dal came with more than 10% seats in Parliament besides Congress and BJP, but only in initial two general elections
- BJP is only political party next to Congress in history of BHARAT that sustain government for full term obviously with alliance called NDA
- From 1989, 9th Lok Shabha till 15th Lok Shabha around 90% seats in Parliament hold by 16 Political Parties, and more than 50% seats by BJP & Congress
- None Political Party got atleast 10% seats of Parliaments excepting BJP & Congress
- This shows 50% seats for only 2 Political Parties and 40% seats for 14 Political Parties rest 10% seats claim by so many other political parties
