We can't get over it because you won't let us!

A Bank of America employee is fired due to her outlandish and racist comments via Facebook. She is upset that blacks can't get over racism. Blacks are to blame and need to stop having their pity party and move on. Of course the consensus is already out and of course she has her followers on this matter. Sarah Palin being one of them. Another woman who blames blacks for being a part of a slaved past. Blacks wanted to be enslaved? "Slavery wasn't our fault because the Negroes liked it" per a recent statement.

My argument is this: I don't get the fact that people like this are so upset that blacks are upset about their history. The only reason is because you're still discriminating against another race of people. Blacks can't get over it because you won't allow them to. These same people are now changing the history books to change slavery to a work force program for those slaves sold and brought over here...

Here are the publisher's quotes: "We believe we can do better," McGraw-Hill posted on their Facebook page. "To communicate these facts more clearly, we will update this caption to describe the arrival of African slaves in the U.S. as a forced migration and emphasize that their work was done as slave labor."

This statement proves that it is not the fault of the slaves that their people put them into enslavement. That is a common sense fact. No one put into slavery despite their race is at fault for that fact.

So here it is a realized fault of theirs to reword actual events to make light of a situation that the writers wanted to be hidden. But why? If it happened then it happened. This is our history as well as the world's.

The faults of our ancestors. In other words this government will forever pay the reparations or what the government calls 'Government funding' which is paid to the American Indians who now make up less than 5% of our population this is the sadness of the lets make America great again Bull! Please see the census quote here: "The nation’s population of American Indians and Alaska Natives, including those of more than one race. They made up about 2 percent of the total population in 2014."

There is an obvious difference of the way the world perceives non-whites but we are to get over it?

Listen up! We were forced into this. We were taken out of our homeland into a new one and expected to be enslaved mentally and physically without it ever affecting us psychologically. As a people. As a race. Even today there are schools still segregated in this country. But we should get over it?

America has never been great for us. But we’re having our own pity party right? The stereotypes of blacks being on welfare and having more than five kids is a bias statement. Its also a slap in the face especially when every race has been on the need of the welfare system. A report last year proved that "Whites" are on welfare and linked to fraud. An image that destroys the stereotype.

But we should just get over it and not dwell on what was and what still is?

What’s so sad is that this woman works at a very large organization that thousands have applied to on numerous occasions. The same company mind you that had a very big lawsuit due to not hiring blacks back in 2012.

But again everyone ignore history. Ignore this woman and others like her. There is no way she didn't let her bias views affect her treatment of others. Let's get over it and move on. Even though the justice system has proven to the world that equality doesn't exist so why should we forget? I know this woman don't speak for everyone. I know she don't speak for the majority but its tiresome. Blacks are told not feel defeated but know that every day they will be judged because of the color of their skin. Let's be honest. No persons that has had an affected history of mistreatment due to their race will just get over it. Not until the system we live in takes the check box off the applications on what race we are!
