Updated on March 19, 2013

Our stance and declaration over our adversaries will create a truth. Do it now. Jump up from your place and declare victory and it shall be!!!!

If you declare it, it shall come to pass in my name!

Victory is not a march. Victory is suffering through adversity.

Do not you dare stop when defeat smacks you hard and often in the face. Get back up and be victorious. Stand tall through the tears of defeat and face your demons down. We are not truly made of the defeat-able flesh we are made of the indestructible Spirit. We are not chemicals and biology, we are more. We win if our spirit lives on.

Can we really be defeated?

We are alive, therefor we are Victorious over death.

It is really cool to have faced death like I have several times (no I would not do it again). But at some point you actually stare at the concept of life defeat. For me, I had choices to make and for me I always chose fighting back. I easy could have chosen to let go and give up. I am not at all afraid of death, it just is not in me. But I am very afraid of heights and pain and loss of love. In life I am kind of a sissy pants who likes excitement. A friend once told me that I like to get all worked up and afraid so the action at hand was more exciting.

So fear loses it's stranglehold on us. It is as though the great choke hold of death, we can break free of loses it's power.

Can we face each day knowing that we will win the day?

Yes we in fact can do that. We can make personal success a habit. We can put blinders on and just refuse to accept defeat. We are wired that way. So why don't we do it?

The simple truth is that we are afraid of failure. The fear in us is that choke hold that prevents us from being free to succeed and be Victorious. That is because we have accepted outcome as the measure of achievement.

We must begin to look at the process as the measure of achievement. How we live our life is what we should judge ourselves with, not what we accomplish but how we accomplish it. If we accept this notion, every task, every burden and every struggle becomes our own personal Victory. We can be Victorious over everything.
