Keeping It Honest, the Iran Nuclear Deal, Trump Tweeted a Lie That Has Gone Viral With Over 149,000 Views

Trump's early morning tweet was no surprise, it was about Iran and what a great deal he's making, threatened them and then attacked the former President of the United States, Barack Obama.

In his tweet, he accused Barack Obama of giving Iran $150 billion plus $1.8 billion in cash. He mentioned that Iran was in trouble and Obama bailed them out. That he gave them a free path to Nuclear Weapons and they will have them SOON. Great scare tactic, his followers will eat this up.

A meme that has circulated has gone viral among his followers and has been disproved by fact checking groups, but none the less as Trump knows, they will believe it all 149,000 of those that have viewed it.

He went on to say that Iran yelled out Death to America, but just two days ago, he said he tamed them to stop saying it; which is it? Did they yell or did he stop them?

He also bragged about how "he" terminated the deal that was not ratified by congress and has imposed strong sanctions.

"We are locked and loaded on 3 different sights" he claims on Iran attack should we need to. This coming from the man that ran from the draft, he coward behind bone spurs.

This coming from the same person that continuously criticized President Obama on telegraphing his moves. He said, "Patton and MacArthur would be in as stake of shock today to see how President Obama and Hillary Clinton announced their every move before it happened."

And here we are 2017 to present day, this man telegraphs every move via Twitter daily. From his battle of words with foreign dignitaries, to pushing his agenda of lies. There is one thing that can be said about President Trump, he is the most transparent liar that the White House has ever had.

March 26, 2015- April 2, 2105, Foreign ministers of the world powers; U.S., U.K., Russia, France, China, plus Germany and the European Nation met in Switzerland to frame the Iran Nuclear Deal. They came together and agreed on many avenues to protect the world from nuclear disaster.

• When Iran had proven that they had followed all the directives of the agreement, they would lift sanctions and free up tens of billions of dollars in oil revenue and frozen assets.

July 14, 2015, the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action was passed. In the U.S., all the Republicans opposed the deal, but there were not enough votes to block it.

In early 2018, the IAEA (International Atomic Energy Agency) verified that Iran was implementing its nuclear commitment to the JCPOA.

On May, 2018, after months of talking about it, Trump withdrew the United States from this agreement to keep America safer with the strict rules regarding nuclear capabilities.

President Barack Obama warned of the dire consequences of war with Iran should we not support the JCPOA. He warned that war would come, maybe not today or 3 months from then, but it would come.

Just over a year since Trump pulled the US out of the JCPOA and as President Obama had predicted, we are now on the brink of war.

Trump has his followers believing that Obama gave Iran billion's of dollars. He "bailed them out" were his tweeted words.

Fact: The money and assets that were unfrozen by the JCPOA agreement belonged to Iran from the very beginning. It was held in foreign banks, not the U.S. And it was released by the countries and the agreement of the JCPOA, not President Obama.

Where Donald Trump gets dollar values is always a mystery. His exaggeration of $150 billion plus are just that. The actual amount that was given for the "usable" assets was at $50 billion.

It's important to keep it honest. Ignorance knows no bounds, but knowledge is worth more.

The Party of Trump sure is fixated on the Iranian oil. Is he willing to take us into another war over oil? We are still fighting one in Iraq/Afghanistan.

When he ran for office, he was getting us out of there. Two years later, we are increasing the number of solider going into harms way.

Ask any veteran about fighting a war, one that isn't for protecting our people but for oil? There are plenty of those around today.
