Political Issues and Prediction for Himachal Pradesh

distribution of water from the Sutlej and Yamuna rivers, price-hike, unemployment, corruption and terrorism due to the government in center are major issues in this election for BJP besides the projection of Narendra Modi as a strong,determined,develop-minded man of the country. Besides all these ,” Congress is targeting BJP's P K Dhumal, former Chief Minister, and his son Anurag Thakur, for alleged corrupt practices, while BJP is hitting back at Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh, who is under a preliminary enquiry by CBI for alleged corruption”- articles.economictimes.indiatimes.com

Congress won 36 assembly seats out of 68 while BJP wat not far behind ,it also bagged 26 seats in 2012 Assembly constituency election. Mandi and Hamirpur are now the constituencies of much discussion as the names of Virbhadra Singh and Prem Kumar Dhumal are engraved here. Wife of Virbhadra Sing, Pratibha Singh is contesting in Mandi. Dhumal’s son Anurag Thakur is a BJP contestant in Hamirpur. But time will affirm what is the true. What the people wat will be published in the result. So what we have to do ,is to wait.

As predicted by some surveys,BJP is going to win two to three seats in Himachal Pradesh.
