Time to Pay the Piper

Beetle Belle is at the Table

Good Morning, Breakfastpoppers. Today is Monday, August 17, 2015. Our sweet insect friend, Beetle Belle, is preparing a feast of bacon, eggs and biscuits for our breakfast this morning. She has asked me to extend an invitation to all the Poppers to join her at the table. Hillary Clinton's wanton disregard for the law has left Belle on edge. She needs to vent and there is no better audience in the world than the community of Poppers. Belle and I will greet you at the door with Bloody Marys and a smile. We hope to see you soon.

No Big Deal

Thank you all for joining me this morning. Let me begin by saying that the sight and sound of Hillary Clinton addressing her deaf, dumb and blind supporters was enough to curl my toes. She stood before a rapt audience and in the most grating of all voices told them that all this fuss isn't about Benghazi or emails. She insists it is all about politics. Well, Hillary I'm afraid you got it wrong. The "fuss" you refer to is about Benghazi and your emails. You improperly handled confidential emails that contained top secret communications and you did so consistently throughout your term as Secretary of State. To suggest that you were unfamiliar with State Department procedures and protocol is inane and disingenuous. There is no doubt that you knew you were breaking the law by keeping highly sensitive material on your private server. The fact that someone in the State Department was complicit in this behavior does not diminish your role. Rather it enlarges it to include your assistants and friends in high places. When you told us in reference to Benghazi that at this point, what difference does it make why our people died, you shook what we stand for to its very core. It does make a difference and it always will. The emails sitting around your New York residence matter, as well. This isn't about politics. This is about lying and placing our national security in jeopardy. It is time to pay the piper.

What's at Stake

Some of Clinton's emails contained information about our drone operation in Pakistan and other locations targeting terrorists. Inspector General I. Charles McCullough III said those communications contained Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information. It has been alleged that Clinton did not send the information. That remains to be seen, but regardless she had to be well aware of the fact that the emails were unsecured. She used a private email server to handle and store classified material. To add insult to injury, Clinton's IT contractor did not have proper security clearance. This is so ugly, it defies description. The Defense Security Service is the only federal agency authorized to approve private sector company access to sensitive or confidential material. Clinton utilized the services of Platte River Networks. It is a small company that was entrusted with the job of upgrading and maintaining her private email server at her Chappaqua, New York home. Platte River is not cleared to have access to classified material. Sounds pretty damning to me. It's time to pay the piper.

Defending the Indefensible

I listened to Hillary apply the Bill Clinton explanation of bad behavior to her own disgusting situation. When Bill Clinton told the nation that he did not have sex with that girl, he meant it in his own twisted way. Hiding under his desk with a female intern playing with cigars and private parts is not traditional sexual behavior, so Bill could lie and tell himself he was telling the truth at the same time. Hillary learned Bill's secret well. She insists that none of her emails were marked Top Secret or Confidential, at the time. This is a new twist on her original statement, which flat-out denied that she ever emailed classified material to anyone. She insisted that there was no classified material. That statement will come back to bite her. It is definitely time to pay the piper.

In Support of Lying

I cannot understand anyone who still stands behind Hillary Clinton. I cannot understand all the legions of people cheering when they hear her speak. I have said it before and I will say it again, her supporters are either the dumbest people on the planet or they are liars themselves. It is time to pay the piper.

Belle's Song

Hillary, Hillary

The whole year through

It's an old sour song

That keeps Hillary doing wrong......
