Antoine is at the Table

Good Morning, Breakfastpoppers. Today is Monday, December 19, 2016. Our friend, Antoine, is preparing buttery croissants and homemade jam for our breakfast this morning. He has asked all the Poppers to come over to my house to enjoy the croissants and hear what he has to say about the true "Deplorables." Get here as soon as you can. Croissants are best when served warm.

The Russians are Coming

Thanks so much for joining POP and me this morning. I don't know about you, but I am reaching the end of my rope when it comes to all the whiners who are the true "deplorables" in our nation. Hillary, the Dems, Hollywood, the media, the White House, and part of the government are certain Russia was responsible for Trump's win. Why not the Tooth Fairy? How about Santa Claus? Clearly, Hillary herself couldn't have caused her own defeat. It had to be Russia and FBI Director James Comey. It couldn't have been Hillary because she finds herself to be flawless. It had to be outside intervention, because Hilary believes that Hillary was destined to move into the White House. Certainly, all the Americans who cast their vote for Donald Trump were influenced by Putin himself. He must have influenced POP, because I know she voted for Trump. The e-mails that were released that were so damaging were not a product of somebody's imagination. They were accurate and damning. WikiLeaks insists that the Russians had nothing to do with it. They have asserted that an insider within the Democratic Party was responsible. Perhaps Hillary should have been more careful with her handling of Top Security documents. Perhaps Hilary should have followed the letter of the law and protected our national security. Oh, but never mind that, it had to be those damn Russians making a mess of things. Hillary Clinton falls directly into the "deplorable" category, but she will not be there alone. Let's add all her cronies who are drumming up this news about Russia jump into the basket. There is plenty of room.

Trump is the Left's Piñata

The celebrities in our nation have banded together to force the electors to disregard the will of the people and vote for Hillary. They have created a video urging electors to defect and deprive President-elect Trump of the presidency. Perhaps these fools should be reminded that we live in a Democratic Republic. Perhaps they should be reminded that Donald Trump won the electoral college overwhelmingly. Perhaps they should be reminded that we don't give a damn about their political opinions. If Americans have to depend upon the likes of Martin Sheen or Joy Behar to tell them how to vote, we might as well close up shop and dissolve the Union. They'll have to move over to let George Soros into the basket. Soros" money is behind every nasty attempt to discredit our soon to be next president and his fingerprints are all over this celeb video.

Tilting the Odds

As if this mess wasn't bad enough, Sen. Elizabeth Warren has taken steps to introduce legislation that would force the President -elect to divest himself of any money that could end up becoming a conflict of interest. The bill would consider any violation by Trump of ethics laws or conflicts of interest a "high crime or misdemeanor under the impeachment clause of the Constitution. That's the bad news. The good news is that it is dead on arrival, because it would have to pass both houses of Congress. It is time that Sen. Warren and others like her remember that the welfare of our nation comes before their vindictive desire to derail Trump's presidency. If only these people loved their country as much as they love themselves. Clearly, we are "gonna" need a bigger basket!

Antoines Song

Let's go those of us who are sane

The day of reckoning is upon us

It's time to banish the loonies

And make America great again!
