Misstatement? Not Little Joey Again...

They are becoming known as "Bidenisms" and if you want to see more than a few just Google the term and viola. Now this is getting pathetic. Team Obama is so desperate to attach the "47%" campaign donor remark to anybody and everybody that he has drawn in our fighting force. This is the sort of rhetoric is what I expect to see from an administration that can't run on its record and if you've been watching the record is getting worse.

Sometimes it actually makes the headlines when someone calls Joe Biden an idiot. I'm never sure why because anyone who has watched him over the course of his pick pocketing, political career knows that now before he even opens his mouth. And to think that he is just one heartbeat away from leading this nation. I'm not sure who would be worse - Obama or Biden. Flip a coin? Who knows?

Here's how desperation works and Biden slams his foot in his chops.

Little Joey obviously gets easily confused. Either that or he doesn't read the news. We know that Team Obama skips security briefings so they must have missed this fact last week. The US military strength in Afghanistan was drawn down by the 33K surge troops and troop strength sits at 68K now. Oh DUH Joey! Isn't it a comfort to know that there is but one heartbeat?

Then I keep hearing what great speeches he is delivering? That might be true for an idiot who can't ever get his facts straight. Or is it that he is just playing the role of a hapless attack dog for Team Obama who is known as a walking gaffe?

I won't spell the actual numbers out for you but rest assured that the majority of the force presently in Afghanistan consist of US Army troops rounded out by National Guard and Reserve components. Here's a link though that maybe Joey should look at before he starts wagging his jaw in desperation.

Here's the true rub with this veteran about what Joey muttered. I find it deplorable that the Vice President wants to interject the United States military, in any form or fashion, into his attacks of his political opponents. I find that a bit despicable. Those people, if they are part of the 47% who pay no income tax in this nation, are paying for the price of freedom at times with their blood but always with their sweat and time.

The other part of the 47%, truth be known, aren't paying a skinny penny toward the national defense of their nation. Now there's something to put out there on the stump Biden. I could care less whether our combat force is paying income tax while in Afghanistan. What is normal, and Biden also has left out, is the exclusion that usually occurs from paying income tax while in a hostile fire zone. Lets not confuse the BX heroes found in Washington DC with the heroes found in a war zone.

The other glaring falsehood in his statement is that our forces don't pay income taxes. That is also far from the truth, some will and some won't depending on their rank and tax situation. Team Obama is trying to make a one size fits all statement out of what Romney was pointing out and it just doesn't work out that way in reality. But Team Obama seems to live in an alternate reality that many people still fail to see or appreciate.

650,000 non-income tax payers in Afghanistan? How preposterous! Those men and women don't need to pay that sort of tax Biden, they are paying a much greater price than you would ever imagine.
