Harlotte's at the Table

Good Morning, Breakfastpoppers. Today is Wednesday, July 23, 2014. Our intriguing friend, Spider Harlotte, is with me this morning at the breakfast table. She has a tale to spin for us that will strike fear in the hearts of freedom loving Americans. Please join us for a spinach omelet and a Bloody Mary. Harlotte and I are anxiously awaiting your arrival.

Give and Take

Hello, my dear human family. I have asked you to join me this morning to make you aware of a proposal by the Obama administration that will drastically increase Washington's power to meddle in your lives. You probably never heard of this proposal, which is just the way they like it in Washington. The regulation that President Obama slipped in without fanfare will give Washington the power to change local zoning laws in every single city and town that accepts federal block grants through the Department of Housing and Urban Development. When a city or town accepts such a grant, and they always do, the new regulation will be used to force them to house illegal immigrants. Whether they want to or not becomes irrelevant. The regulation was introduced in July of 2013. It is scheduled to take effect in October of this year. It will provide the Fair Housing Act of 1968 with the power to set guidelines and goals for cities and towns. Failure to meet certain standards will, no doubt, lead to racial quotas. Failure to meet government standards will force communities across America to take in illegal immigrants.

Good-bye Picket Fence

Rep. Paul Gosar (R-Ariz) introduced an amendment that would prohibit HUD from implementing the Obama administration's rule. The amendment will probably never make it through the Senate. Sadly, not reading bills or the fine print has become very popular these days. Many city and town councils will accept money from Washington without being aware of what they are agreeing to. Essentially, HUD will be able to come into your communities and re-zone entire areas if they decide that the area does not have enough affordable housing. Communities across the nation will have to ready themselves for an influx of illegal immigrants. The character of your town will change. Budgets will be strained and schools will have to accept an influx of students whether they can handle them or not. . All of the problems that you sought to escape in the overcrowded cities will be knocking on your door. You can thank this administration for that. You can thank President Obama for inflicting his idea of "utopia" upon an unsuspecting public.

Friends in High Places

This new rule is adored by special interest groups that are huge fans of open borders. A group called La Raza has close ties to President Obama. Are you beginning to get the picture? La Raza believes that illegal immigrants are not sufficiently aware of their rights and that they fear deportation. This fear according to La Raza makes them vulnerable to discrimination in housing. What happened to the days when "illegal" meant against the law? La Raza and President Obama are good friends. The group garnered millions and millions of dollars in taxpayer money during the Obama years. This cozy relationship is still in good health. They received a huge increase in funding when one of its top officials got a job in the White House. Ah, what fun it is to have friends in high places!

A Tangled Web...

This bug is beginning to get a picture of an administration that just may have orchestrated this invasion of the United States. This is just the type of crisis that Obama and his friends may have been looking for. After all, if you want to "fundamentally transform" America what better way to do it than this way. Open the borders, flood the country with illegals and secretly fly them all over the country where they can attempt to blend into a society that can't possibly meet their needs in any way. The timing of this invasion is perfect in terms of HUD's expanded powers. Disperse all the illegals around the country in towns and cities. No need to ask officials of the cities or towns if they want this influx of people. No need to ask the American people if they want these people. No need to ask anybody anything. They are crossing the borders in numbers that boggle the mind and the problems they are bringing with them will "transform" our nation forever. Sounds like a plan to me. How about you?

Harlotte's Song

Oh, what a tangled web they weave

When first they practice to deceive...
