Lady is at the Table

Good Morning, Breakfastpoppers. Today is Monday, January 30, 2017. Our dear friend, Lady, is here at the breakfast table awaiting your arrival. She will be serving breakfast pizzas topped with bacon, eggs, sausage, ham and cheese. I will be mixing up a batch of strong Bloodys to round out the meal. Lady is quite delighted with this new and very different administration. Those in the Lame Stream Media are working overtime to make Trump's hard work seem ominous. Please join us this morning to talk about the truth.

To The Left

Thank you all for joining POP and me this morning. The LSM is doing their level best to denigrate this new and fresh administration. They consider our new president to be their personal piƱata. People with sound minds are really very pleased with the changes that have already taken place. When you get a business man in the White House who loves his country, you get results. The President made many promises during his campaign. Now that he is in office he is making good on all that he told his supporters. Somehow the air feels fresher. The only fly ( pardon me Buzzy) in the ointment are the liars and loonies who are determined to twist his words and actions and incite riots and protests. They are aided and abetted by the LSM and together they make it annoying, if not difficult, to get the truth out. President Trump may have to Tweet over and over again to keep the public informed. He will not get the respect he needs from the Dems, their supporters or the pathetic press. I can only conclude that those on the left have more invested in failure than in the future of our nation.

What's the Problem?

President Trump was poised at the gate of leadership from day one. In record time he issued executive orders that made good on many of his promises. He promised his supporters border security and immediately authorized the construction of a U.S.- Mexico wall. To those in opposition, I have to ask you. Do you not believe in the sanctity of our borders? Do you welcome open borders that invite in terrorists? Does the thought of a safer nation for you and your family fill you with dread? The hypocrisy of your ilk is best exemplified by Facebook founder, Mark Zuckerberg. He railed against the wall, and followed up his objections by building a huge wall around his home. It is so immense that his neighbors are suing him because he has blocked out the ocean view from their homes. Are you like Zuckerberg in that you want to keep your family safe from intruders but to hell with the rest of us? Do you not see the hypocrisy inherent in this behavior?

Liberals in Congress carry on about gun control, but are surrounded by people who protect them with guns. Hilary Clinton was the perfect example of this false narrative. She wanted gun control for the ignorant masses, but her life would be untouched by the very laws she had hoped to impose. That's how Congress operates. What's good for us, is not necessarily good for them. The ten year old Democratic strategists have been carrying on about how rich the president and his cabinet are. They don't like the idea of all these successful people running things, but the Dems put Nancy Pelosi back in Washington knowing that she is the richest woman in Congress. Do you see anything wrong with the hypocrisy? What do you want? Do you even know?

Getting It Done

More progress was made this week than in all of Obama's eight years. The Border Patrol were told to start enforcing the laws that are already on the books. There is good news on the impact this will have on hiring in our nation, because 5,000 more Border Patrol agents will be brought on board to police our borders properly. Sanctuary cities will be stripped of their federal grants, and that is how it should be. We are a nation of laws. Mayors cannot simply decide to ignore federal law without consequences. The momentum continued with the news that we will begin withdrawing from the Trans-Pacific Partnership. American workers have been hurt by the TPP and our almost gone manufacturing sector has been crippled. Amazingly the unions are on board with this decision. What's good for the American worker should be good news to the Dems and the LSM. Perhaps, they really don't have the best interests of Americans in mind when they carry on about President Trump keeping his word and having the courage of his convictions. The Keystone and Dakota Access Pipeline Projects are back on the table. President Obama put the nail in the coffin for these plans not because of environmental concerns, but because he just wanted to. Perhaps an energy independent America will upset his friends in the Middle East. Seven years of stalling have come to an end. Those who say they are worried about the effect of these projects on the environment should read the government's report which said any effect would be minimal. Does an energy independent America sound like a bad thing to those on the left? President Trump also issued a hiring freeze on our ever exploding, bloated government. The military is exempted from this order, because we need to build our military back up to what it should have been all along. Does a smaller government and a strong military sound like a bad idea to those on the left? Apparently, it does but such a position defies reason. The next big overhaul will be Obamacare, a task that is long overdue. Those on the left argue that it is working. Those who have it know better. If you have insurance with outrageous deductibles and high costs, do you really have insurance? The answer is a resounding no. As I sit here talking about this more "change" is probably going on. Undoing the harm caused by the Obama presidency is a daunting task, but clearly our new president is up to the job. I think America is going to be great again, I really do.

Lady's Song

She loves her freedom

Truth in the air

She has no patience for those who don't care

That's why this lady is no tramp!
