NDAA - Starting Off the NEW YEAR (2012) with Dreadful Repercussions! - MARTIAL LAW - "It Can't Happen in America?"

Know this, that in the Last Days PERILOUS TIMES WILL COME...

The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2012 is comprehensive legislation which authorizes the budget authority of the Department of Defense and the national security programs of the Department of Energy.

President Obama signed the bill for the NDAA with the U.S. Senate and Congress almost unanimously passing it, starting off the New Year by allowing "indefinite detention" to be permanently codified into law. As you know, the White House had threatened to veto an earlier version of the NDAA but reversed course shortly before Congress voted on the final bill. This new defense legislation includes controversial detainee provisions and the statute is particularly dangerous because it has NO LIMITATION, while being a monumental expansion of executive powers and that branch of the federal government.

Goodbye U.S. Constitution! -OR- (What do the NDAA - Martial Law - FEMA Camps & Bible Prophecy, ALL have in Common?)

Are the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights becoming a thing of the past? - Recently signed into Law, the (2012) National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) may soon make this a reality. How does this increase the power of the Executive Branch of the government through the Homeland Security Act and FEMA Powers? Is "Martial Law" soon to come on the near horizon? Are "indefinite detention" and FEMA concentration camps an unfortunate reality for the American public that will now be used to silence "Freedom of Speech" and other issues?

"And in his place shall arise a vile person, to whom they will not give the honor of royalty; but he shall come in peaceably, and seize the kingdom by intrigue." (Daniel 11:21 NKJ)

So what are the REAL implications of the NDAA?

By and large, the Constitution was created to limit and restrain government, not to regulate individual conduct. But now with the NDAA, the stage has been set for quite the opposite to occur with the executive government becoming stronger and civil rights falling to the way side. Add to that, the economic crisis, unemployment figures that have gone through the roof, and liberal policy makers that are promoting an "entitlement philosophy" and driving more conservative thinking into the ground... well there you have it!

The socialists have told us how they intend to defeat capitalism. “The way to crush the bourgeois is to grind them between the millstones of taxation and inflation,” wrote Lenin. “There is only one way to kill capitalism - by taxes, taxes and more taxes,” wrote Karl Marx. “The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism, but under the name of liberalism they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program until one day America will be a socialist nation without ever knowing what happened,” said Norman Thomas, who ran for public office six times on the Socialist Party ticket (1924-1934). Thomas responded, “The Democrats have put into place plank after plank of the socialist platform, and soon the Republicans will compete with them in a an attempt to gain support from voters who don’t understand what they are doing.”

Socialism - is a form of government whereas the bureaucratic system is characterized by "social ownership". It includes a cooperative system of management for industry and the economy through state ownership over the means of production. "Social ownership" may refer to any one of, or a combination of, the following: cooperative enterprises, common ownership, direct public ownership or autonomous state enterprises. Modern socialism criticizes the effects of industrialization and the ownership of private property on society, as in capitalism, while being in direct opposition as an alternative system based on some form of social ownership. Chinese communist governments have instituted various forms of market socialism, combining co-operative and state ownership models with the free market exchange and free price system (but not free prices for the means of production).

Libertarian Socialism - is a political philosophy that directly advocates the worker's control of the means of production without relying on state power to achieve such an arrangement, while also opposing parliamentary politics and state ownership over the means of production. A "workforce-oriented" economic system in this sense, would be based on production for use: the direct allocation of economic inputs to meet economic demands and human need, with an accounting based on physical quantities of resources and a direct measure of labor versus time. Social democrats advocate the redistribution of taxation and the government regulation of capital within the framework of a market economy that supports a self-sustaining communal society. Socialists inspired by the Soviet model of economic development, such as Marxist-Leninists, have advocated the creation of centrally planned economies directed by a single-party state that owns the means of production.

Totalitarianism - (or totalitarian rule) is a political system where the state recognizes no limits to its authority and strives to regulate every aspect of public and private life wherever feasible. Totalitarian regimes stay in political power through an all-encompassing propaganda disseminated through the state-controlled mass media, a single party that is often marked by personality cultism, control over the economy, regulation and restriction of speech, mass surveillance, and widespread use of terror. This is the basic model for the "POLICE STATE" that we have all been hearing so much about. The concept was first developed in a positive sense through Western anti-communist political philosophies during the Cold War era, in order to highlight the positive influences that Nazi Germany and other fascist regimes had on industrial growth and economic prosperity, in opposition to the Soviet model for communism and as being fundamentally different from conventional dictatorships. The structure and goals of the new totalitarian state would be established to provide the "total representation of the nation and guidance of national goals, in which the ideology of the state has direct influence, if not full power, over everything spiritual and human for all of its citizens."

With the 2012 NDAA and "Big Brother's" ability to "regulate communication and restrict speech" as well as "conduct mass surveillance and use widespread terror tactics", the average citizen does not stand a chance. The ACLU believes that any military detention of American citizens or others within the United States is unconstitutional and illegal, including under the NDAA. In addition, the breadth of the Act’s detention authority violates international law because it is not limited to people captured in the context of an actual armed conflict, as required by the traditional laws and articles of war that already granted the U.S. government this authority and power.

So again - What was the need of creating a law that we already had?

Americans must not be distracted by Politicians saying that "we will not authorize indefinite military detention without trial of American citizens". Like the statement issued by U.S. President Obama, BUT of course "signing statements" are political propaganda with no Constitutional basis or relevance to the actual law. A President who breaches a signing statement covenant faces no more consequences than any other corrupt politician who renegs on a promise.

Imperial Government - With former empires throughout the course history having always met the fate of internal collapse, the Holy Roman Empire worked on the unification of political leadership, which allowed for the input of "princes" or self-governing autonomous client states, yet still being controlled and maintained by the sovereign government of which they were protectorates under. The creation of a functional imperial government was even the central plank of reform that European princes attempted in the early 16th Century, but because of the divergent interests of its procounsils, these attempts failed after a short time as well. Even in the colonial era, the expansionist monarchy of the English crown made great strides in advancing its empire, yet as it advanced into the modern era the burden of maintaining such a large empire ultimately caused Great Britain to grant independence to most of its former colonies.

Now however, in the advent of an international monetary fund and move towards a global economic system, the elimination of regional and nationally driven political boundaries has occurred (as in the EU-European Union) allowing the convergence of societies from diverse cultures. Likewise, with the aid of modern technology and ability to rapidly mobilize resources, it is much easier to control a geographically extensive group of states and peoples (varied ethnic groups) which can be united and ruled either by a monarch (emperor) or an oligarchy style government, thus creating a "New World Order".

Social and Political Reformation - Is it possible to have a return to the principles and political philosophies that the founding fathers of America had in the first place? The United States used to be a truly democratic country and constitutional republic that undeniably was established to ensure certain "inalienable freedoms and rights" as granted by divine providence under God (though modern proponents will attempt to hide these facts otherwise).

These same freedoms however, have allowed for extreme liberal thinking and the decline of moral cultural practices, along with the seeds of apathy and tolerent complacency, to contribute to the slow and eventual undermining of these fundamental principles altogether. As it was mentioned almost 100 years ago by the pacifist and leading American socialist above, "one day America will 'wake up' to a completely transformed country without even knowing what had happened." Therefore, it may be too late to reverse the damage that has been done to the nation over the last few generations. There is only one person that can potentially help us straighten out this plight and HE is the same one that the rest are trying to remove from the national banners "...in God we trust".

Though peaceful reform seems to have had little effect over time and even with more "voiceful" and public displays of discontent not-with-standing, it is apparent that merely drawing attention to the issues has not fostered significant change. We can sure however that other displays of "patriotism" will likewise have no chance for success either.

Whereas the country had been originally founded on political change through subversion and more dissident "revolutionary" tactics, these similar practices today will only have a mute effect and would be "silenced" before they could have a chance to proliferate. Even if the country were to collectively choose a stance of immediate civil disobedience or allow itself to decline into a state of complete and total anarchy, with the available technology of today's world and the centralized power of national authority, this would be quickly halted and further reinforce the need for policing the general public through militray control as well.

Any one of these models for government could be exactly where the United States is headed. But regardless of which direction the wave of political tides may flow in the future, the one thing that is extremely evident from the authority that the NDAA nows grants the U.S. government, is that the "common public" will have much less of a say in the matter (IF ANY AT ALL) .

The ACLU has stated that any military detention of American citizens or others within the United States is both illegal and unconstitutional, including under the NDAA. In addition, the wider breadth of the government's detention authority violates international law because it is not limited to people captured in the context of an actual armed conflict as required by the laws of war.

Human rights groups on the left say that future presidents may apply the law differently and use this authority to militarily detain people captured far from any battlefield (including right here on American soil), adding that "there is great concern that this now allows for the indefinite detention of people while mandating military custody for some detainees."

The "Occupy Wall Street" activist organization has further stated that "since our toothless Constitutional Rights watchdogs - whose donation-based business model may motivate them to focus more on prolonging than prevailing in rights battles - have thus far shyed away from the task".

The sad truth is, America has been leaning towards becoming a "Socialist Republic" and "Fascist Police State" for many years now. Some trace it back to the passage of the U.S. Patriot Act that became law on 26 October 2001 in response to the “attacks of 9/11. This was a sweepingly complex piece of rights-removing legislation – more than 68,000 words long – that was supposedly drafted from scratch by somebody, sponsored by Kotex King Jim Sensenbrenner, waltzed through Congress, and then signed by Bush 2 in barely six weeks *(SEE the Full Document Here - recorded at the U.S. Government Printing Office).

Since that time, the need for the formation of a global economy has also been growing internationally, which would unilaterally help the world with the problems facing developing nations that are emerging into the mainstream of world commerce. Added to this, is the trend towards the development and creation of a "collective social body" through mechanisms that promote a more "pluralistic" or "inter-faith" viewpoint such as: former British Prime Minister, Tony Blair's 'Faith Foundation' with the 'Faith and Globalization Initiative', the 'Interfaith Alliance', or the 'Faith Shared' project and 'Chr-islam' movement; all of which attempt to eliminate boundaries of religious and cultural differences to foster a platform of world peace through international humanitarian efforts. This socialistic approach to harmonizing the nations of the world has become overwhelmingly popular and is making great strides both culturally and politically, especially in the United Kingdom and here in the United States.

Still others say that plans for the fascist takeover of America originated after World War II, when a wealthy and determined global elite vowed to continue their quest for world domination and the creation of the 'NEW WORLD ORDER' (NWO), through such entities as the 'Bilderberg Group', along with members of the 'Bohemian Grove' club and the 'Trilateral Commission' of the (CFR) Council on Foreign Relations, and not to also forget international membership with the 'Club of Rome'. Still others trace this back even earlier, to it being a well orchestrated plan that has evolved over the many decades, originating from the same industrialist global tycoons that created the current (and privately owned) U.S. Federal Reserve Bank at the 'Jekyll Island Club', which has ever since, "created" all of the money that the entire U.S. economy is based on out of "thin air", with no actual corporeal monetary backing - And yet, people still wonder why the U.S.A. is in the dire straits financially that it is today?

Now taking all of that information and throw Biblical prophecy on top of the heap, then you start seeing another aspect that has a much more sinister and deeply rooted purpose in the underlying conspiracy of it all.

Even with the past theories of cultural analists or speculation from economic and political strategists holding great weight and truth in their own realms of thought while projecting forecasts for our society, it becomes more and more apparent these days that events are lining up exactly as they have been protrayed in the Holy Scriptures for thousands of years.

It seems that many people have not even noticed these facts revealing themselves either...

As the dedicated and faithful servants of the one true Lord God sit back and watch the panorama of events unfolding right before their eyes, the rest of the world stumbles along on its daily course of cultural self-destruction in efforts to maintain some semblance of control, while being seemingly and completely clueless to what is going on all around them.

All that being said... Where is the United States really headed?

Martial Law in America?

President Obama signed the new NDAA bill with great reservations, assuring us that it will not be applied in an unconstitutional way. But how sure can we be of this? The Huffington Post is not impressed, and neither is Fox News.

Congressman Ron Paul (R-Texas) feels that the bill begins "the official establishment of martial law in the USA", and his son, Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky, warns that under the new law, just about "anyone could be viewed as a terrorist suspect". What does the Bible have to say about these frightening developments?

"Occupy Wall Street" Activists are Arrested for Protesting the NDAA

So maybe this is what life in post-NDAA America is going to looks like in the coming year.

An apparently otherwise peaceful protest at Grand Central Station in Manhattan was, without warning, shut down when activists were dragged away by NYPD. A total of three protesters were arrested and four issued summonses in Grand Central Terminal, where approximately 150 demonstrators formed a "flash mob" to protest President Obama's signing of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), a military spending bill that also authorizes the military to detain American citizens indefinitely without due process.

What crime did they commit? (It is not a crime to speak at Grand Central; and, if you've ever lived in New York City, you'll know that both Grand Central and Penn Stations are filled with far louder (and much more disagreeable) homeless people shouting things at all hours of the day. This, on the other hand, was a coherent, peaceful, and non-offensive protest of the NDAA - which is arguably the single scariest piece of legislation signed into law since the Fugitive Slave Act of 1850.)

Well one protester (Lauren Digioia), who has been involved with the 'Occupy Wall Street' (OWS) movement for some time (and was sexually assaulted in Zuccotti Park in October) was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. According to MTA rules, conduct that qualifies as disorderly includes behaving "in any manner which may cause or tend to cause annoyance, alarm or inconvenience to a reasonable person or create a breach of the peace."

Is she considered an enemy of the state, or "associated forces," and therefore eligible for a one-way ticket down to the Guantanamo Beach Club? It looks like she was essentially arrested for being a political rabble-rouser, which we don't see listed in the MTA's rules of misconduct.

The Grand Central demonstration was followed by a General Assembly at a privately-owned public space at 100 William Street, where activists had previously been threatened with arrest for peacefully assembling, despite the space being open to the public (as required by law).

With the advent of the 'Homeland Security Act' and the additional leverage of the NEW and improved 2012 'National Defense Authorization Act' (NDAA), the steps necessary to incarcerate and detain ANYONE indefinitely (and thus suspending any Constitutional Rights) can be performed and executed (literally) as easily as making a simple police arrest.

How quickly we forget that our government has turned to the use of detention camps in the past to solve its problems. There was the forced detention of over 120,000 Americans of Japanese descent in the early 1940’s. This included forced labor, compulsory vaccinations, and mandatory "Americanization" classes, which topped the list of atrocities committed against fellow citizens on behalf of "their" Federal government.

How quickly we forget about the many college students that were injured and others who were killed in 1970, by police and State National Guard units at Kent State University in Ohio, during their peaceful anti-war demonstration and protests.

It is very easy to see that a situation can get quickly out of hand in what may be perceived as a "crisis" during an emergency scenario.

So the question then becomes - "Where do we go from here?" - Only time will tell for sure... In these "latter days" of Biblical prophecy however, we can be sure of the fact that time is rapidly running out for many people.

One interesting point to consider, is that with the current "loosely written" legal language that is included in the NDAA, the possibilities for its (mis-)interpretation and misuse are endless.

WHAT IF - the inevitable WAR breaks out in the Middle East (possibly involving Nuclear or other weapons of mass destruction) that as result, drags in ALL of Israel's allies (the United States included)?

WHAT IF - Another major terrorist attack were to occur in the U.S. homeland during the coming year?

WHAT IF - Nationwide MARTIAL LAW was needing to be implemented to provide National Security and sort out all the mess?

WHAT IF - the upcoming elections in November had to be "delayed indefinitely" because of the overall turmoil and social unrest that ensues!

THEN - the current Government Administration would be left in control while having to decide the ultimate fate of the country (and the rest of the world)? *These would be the same politicians that have enacted this NEW LAW and said they would NEVER use it against the American Public.

Is there much more going on that what we are being led to believe?
