Physically, environmentally, economically, industrially, and politically. Simply admitting to the role humanity has played throughout the continual tenure of the non-linear progression is relatively conceited and insularly self-centred sentiment. But that is what we as a specifies are definitively characterised by-Many of the enhancements and regressive repercussions that have befallen the world via human implementation have come as a result of our perpetually persistent brand of narcissism; And as deplorable a characteristic as it is at superficial face value, when refined and angled in a virtuous tangental channel, it is responsible for some of the most innovative, pioneering elements of ingenious conception-Whether a physical product, an emotional sensibility, or a philosophical ideology.
In this world, where extremely intense and grandly impactful events occur on almost a daily basis, monumental decisions are made in response, and they are often impulsive and ill-advised. And to question the significance of those matters would be preposterously futile. There is no better testament to the harrowing and morbid truth that, no matter the amount opportunities for erudition and enlightenment in the wake of our many fallacies that present themselves, we are ostensibly eternally condemned to never learn from our mistakes. There is a spectrum of the gradable metric of the prioritised severity for the affronting issues and circumstances that afflict the world 24/7, could it ever exist; The austere concerns of poverty, the resource and energy crises, starvation, war and the sundry of other depressing realities, and of course the astronomically significant and oh so precious first world problems, such as unstable wifi connection, stagnant traffic and so many other inconsequentially minor inconveniences that are a sure of irritation and bother.
The fact that humans can be characterised as “conceited” is exemplary of our inescapable fallibility; It is no shocking or majorly dawning realisation that nothing in the world is impeccably flawless. Yet it is something people do strive for sometimes. It is futile however, due to the inevitable inadequacy of even the upmost standard of discipline-It is a fact of life that failure is just as integral to the informing of a person through fallacious errors just as much as their virtues, and it is a point that has been reiterated an innumerable amount of times. What is both commendable for the intention, but abhorrent due to the most common diagnosis for the stimulus behind it is the facade of civilised sophistication that humans constantly purport.
As the dominant species inhabiting the plant by way of sheer mass and volume, we have a moral obligation to be the most responsible and wisely compassionate. Anyone with even a modest degree of astuteness however, would be aware of the fact that any acts of benevolence only really paper over the cracks in the integrity of an image so blemished by transgressions of pollution, fear mongering and war profiteering, hunting and so many other despicable deeds, and are essentially contrite attempts to make amends for those elements of aggression, neglect, and genuine incompetence. To disregard them would be naive and remiss. So focused have we become on our own actions, that even the most altruistic of us can only be so at emphatically conscious and contrived strain, voluntarily invoked. Examples of oppression, tyranny, dictatorship, and so many of the same ilk have really effectuated a mandated mentality of desperation, to urgent requirement, to idealistic need, to desire, to eventually culminate in greed and delinquent indulgence; And those who have capitalised upon the manipulative exploitation of the latter have cultivated themselves as the zenith pillars for the propagation of the hallmarks of subjugation and authoritative reign over the less privileged.
They are completely unfamiliar with the difficulties of navigating the ruthless and unforgiving labyrinth of life, and the only hardships they have experience with tend to be first world problems exclusively. They have not quite earned an indemnifying immunity from the jeopardising and beleaguering perils of the disconcertment of the world, and have instigated the inherent cognisance of a universal dependency on the superiority complex of the sole rulership of inferior beings for ages, literally. They are predominantly of course, the much-maligned prophets of politics. Entrusted with the spearheading of nations; Generations upon generations, upon periods upon eras of dynasties have plunged the world into a state of chaos and have brewed a recipe for almost forgone disastrous failure. Now, and for centuries, the world has been maintained by finances, social status, culture and profiled “ranking”. Bigotry has imposed itself in the most repelling and oppugnant ways, with the likes of ostracisation, acrimonious crimes, and even genocidal purging.
Radical and exaggerated comparisons have vilified the election of Donald Trump as the forty-fifth president of the United States as the reincarnation of Adolf Hitler, whose infamy knows no bounds. Some have hyperbolised their praise of predecessor Barack Obama for the modest advancements he made, after subverting precedents as the first African-American representative of the nation. But they do remain significant. They have accumulated even more of a zeitgeist that has lauded them over, now it would appear that every action the entrepreneurial enigma has exacted thus far has sought to contradict and diminish the effects of Obama’s achievements. It has, like all considerations that have preceded it, ultimately boiled down to the very fabric of the logistical dynamics of politics. In this world, every action is a political action. Every decision is likewise. Every thought. Whether intentionally or not, every notion or procedural course of action is either predicated upon, influential on, or influenced by politics-In someway, shape or form. To any extent.
Even with the devastation left in the aftermath of the reckless abandon of some of the most malignant pariahs that have affected the world for the worse, there remains the possibility for moderately redeeming algorithmic constructs, that can be implemented with the ambition for some kind of reconciliation for the past sins of the fathers. And the urgency to rectify previous committals of erroneous and desultory acts of delinquency has become almost imperatively incentivised duty of every inhabitant of the planet. It is an inherent debt that must be paid at some juncture from conception, and an omnipresent sensation of guilt has been instilled in many people. For all of the contrivances toward amendment, a lot of the concerns have become preoccupied with the still significant, but also trivial predicaments when in comparison to the more oppressively pressing matters at hand.
It is no mystery or falsehood that ostracisation and bigotry have been a looming and repugnant plague that humanity has infected itself with. It is one of the most inculpating blemishes on the sanctimonious auto-image of the species that, not only have we left devastation upon the rest of the world in our reckless wake, but there has been the recurring issue of internalised acrimony that has caused a veritable volume of existential crises in the peripheral by-product of collateral damage. It is an incredibly inconsiderate and callous disregard of the delicacy of relatively fragile situations and conditions of the world, and any that would proclaim any “righteousness” or “morality” would be well aware of that.
Dismissal or even attempted extermination of homosexuals, Jews, and those of African heritage or just the most pre-eminent examples of the heinous transgressions that have been committed throughout human history, and people sometimes attempt to purport a facade of the relinquishment of those aggressive mentalities within the collective cognisance. But that is patently untrue. It is in a minority prevalence, but the fact that it persists in 2018 is an absolute disgrace. as per the verdict of overall consensus. One of the primary reasons for both the investment and self-imposed duplicity within the facade, but also the presence of mind to consciously attempt to ensure its removal from society is the very fact that it remains. It is a fear that it could return to a grand scale, and still is in areas of the world where extremist propaganda and terrorism runs rife. While individually, not one single person could effectuate a significant change, tweaking the conditioned mentality to that of a higher sensitivity to these issues and people have occurred to such a degree that arguments have been made that it has completely transitioned to the other end of the extreme spectrum.
In addition to an increasingly inundating and offensive volume of synthetic machinations and mentalities that pervade the world, the “PC” revolution has emerged in full, resplendent colour. Sensitivity is of the utmost importance, and it has become so emphasised upon, that it often can be perceived as a disingenuous pandering to those sub-demographics. People have “learned” to tread on eggshells around the black community so much for instance, that mere allusions to the despicable past of their subjugating oppression are met with controversy and gasps of shock. Of course, intolerance of any matter that should be so irrelevant today is not to be tolerated, but the designation of pertinent etiquette has become so prominently synthesised, that the adoption of the “correct” stances and behavioural mannerisms when addressing the matters have sustained an integrity of an irrefutable taboo status.
The actions and precautionary procedures implemented in anticipative reaction to the potential repercussions of an ill-considered submission of a sentiment alluding to the topics are so restrictive, that it is almost a cowardly impulse. None are absolved from the intensity of scrutiny, whether justified or not; And it has culminated in a very apprehensive anxiety circulating the entire concept of it all. What could ostensibly be postulated is the fact that a continued apprehension may be precisely what will hinder the total abolition of the horrendous hate crimes that are committed all too regularly. It is a bittersweet catch twenty-two that is completely unnecessary to be caught in. It is insular, intense, and consummative in its engulfment of everything.
Political correctness is absolutely imperative, but the encumbering magnification of every specific element of menagerie frequently repels prospective advocates on account of the gratuitous pedantry of the concerns.
