The Deeper Issue of the Kavanaugh Hearings
The Power of Segregation
There are Two Sides to Every Story
Currently and for as long as I can remember, all people are either genuinely or allegedly segregated, due to actual events or a victim mentality.
As long as this segregation remains important to at least one group of people, whether evident by political affiliation, gender, occupation, or race, this nationwide nonsense will never end.
Until each American generally supports people as a unified group, his or her unjustified claims and opinions will have an inevitable domino effect. Some people with stand on the side of the originator, while others will refute his or her claims.
Due Diligence and Due Process is Required
You simply cannot support the possibility of Dr. Ford being a brave "survivior" without also supporting the possibility of Kavanaugh being framed and targeted due to, among other similar reasons, the presidential support he has received.
What men would even want to be in a powerful position now, for fear of such accusations to arise at the heights of their careers? What actual rape victims would want to report attacks when such a spotlight of severity is placed on an alleged, over-the-clothing groping that happened 35 years ago?
This is a slap in the face to aspiring and current politicians, actual rape survivors, and due process-- not to mention men period, because this hearing evidentiates that the only sexual assault victims who matter are women.
The same feminists who demand equality and declare its non-existence clearly claim possession of the sole right to be victimized sexually, since women are the physically weaker sex and it is "just not possible" for a woman to successfully sexually assault a man. Any woman is capable of grabbing a man over his clothes and throwing herself on him, which is exactly what Dr. Ford alleges of Judge Kavanaugh.
