The Fame Whore That Is Senator John MCcain….
I write this blog with ambivalence, knowing that my beloved father, like Senator MCcain, is also a Vietnam veteran - but with all the goodwill that the Arizona Senator has garnered all these years for his valued service to God and country in that war theatre, it is apparently not enough… and so every chance that Senator MCcain gets, he continues to take on the personality of a ‘fame whore,’ akin to the fading, vainglorious, Hollywood stars who summon the Paparazzi to let them know where they are going to be... so as to prolong the ‘fading shine,’ which accompanies the fickle, jagged walk of fame/shame.
This ‘fame whoring’ on the part of Senator MCcain was on full display last week in Europe when he told the media that President Trump’s administration was in disarray. The fact is that the sapling Trump administration may indeed be going through the necessary growing pains, but for a fellow Republican to do so on foreign grounds was beyond the pale and tantamount to being traitorous. I understand that Senator MCcain had a failed run to be the Commander-In-Chief and like Governor Kasich of Ohio, Governor Romney, and Senator Lindsey Graham, all of whom represent the old order and the Globalists, and all hate President Trump for succeeding where they could not!
My beef with the senior senator of Arizona stems initially from his take on Enhanced Interrogation, better known as Water-boarding; and on this issue, Senator MCcain speaks in absolutes, in that he opines that torture ‘never’ works. As I have written here and elsewhere, torture may not work on the good senator, but it might work on others - this is so because some of our cloak and dagger operatives supposedly carry on their person cyanide pills, so that they may take their respective lives, so not to betray other operatives in the field, if they were to be captured. Senator MCcain comes off as though, that because he was a prisoner of war in Vietnam, that his opinion, though respected, on the subject matter, is the Gospel. Incidentally, Senator McCain is like Representative John Lewis of Georgia, who thinks that because he marched with Reverend Martin Luther King, Jr., that he can get away with anything, as if Mr. Lewis is the second coming of the Christ! By the way, do forgive me for my secular blasphemy!
Make no mistake, Senator McCain, like most of the Democrats, is fervently trying to undermine President Trump’s administration… McCain’s tactics might appear measured and subtle, but his subtleties are conspicuous and cancerous and undermine President Trump’s efforts to change the venal status quo in Washington. If I recalled correctly, Senator McCain, among many, was noising his objections to those celebrities who ignorantly spoke out against President Bush, the younger, on foreign grounds. Case in point, the country group, TheDixie Chicks - criticized President Bush, the younger, on his prosecution of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan - somewhere in Europe and since then TheDixie Chicks lost much of their fame and they were never the same, as far as record sales and popularity go. Likewise, I can only hope that this is Senator McCain’s final stint as the Senior Senator of Arizona -- because treachery, be it subtle or overtly conspicuous, is still treachery!
Like George Soros, Senator McCain should be deemed “A Clear and Present Danger” to the interests of those of us who want the fetid swamps drained in Washington. But in addition, I too also understand the concept of a ‘death grip,’ and so what you are witnessing going on in America/Europe - in the form of riots, marches, and the pathetic ‘cry-rooms’ and the other pusillanimous amenities provided on many of our college campuses - is the Globalists’ ‘death-grip,’ who are desperately trying to hold on to fading venal power….
To Senator McCain, it is a privilege to represent the good people and the State of Arizona - however, it is not your birthright; and in Senator MCcain’s specious efforts, supposedly “to stand out” from the rest of his colleagues, we know that it is not borne of ideological/religious conviction, but of his growing personality as a ‘fame whore’ to please the Globalists and their elitist, corrupt agenda. For once, Senator McCain, think of the America you served in Vietnam… but know also that because you valiantly served… do not make your ‘positions’ dispositive on all the important issues of the day. I end by saying that on behalf of President Trump and those of us who represent power to the people (Plebeians) - Et Tu, Senator McCain?!
