The Muslim Sisterhood, the secretive women’s division of the Muslim Brotherhood, is a cleverly disguised terrorist group that has infiltrated many worldwide organizations but is rarely spoken about or reported on. It was established in 1933 in Egypt, six years after the Muslim Brotherhood was founded. Hassan al-Banna, the original founder of the Brotherhood came up with the idea. After some discussion on how it should be organized, it finally was designated as a branch of the Brotherhood under the guise of it being an outreach arm of the Brotherhood which would be involved in charitable work. Islamic women are limited under their laws from doing some things that men can be involved in and early on the group did have a prominent role in helping other Muslims with housing and food when times dictated it. Over time, the Brotherhood began to use this group of well-organized women as political pawns, steering other Muslim women and their families to support the Brotherhood and their ideals and to help amplify their opposition to groups they disagreed with. Their influence and usefulness to the Brotherhood has grown over the last fifteen years and some of their members have been successful in gaining access to positions which afford them great influence across the world.

The Brotherhood & The Arab Spring

Despite being a shadowy organization, The Muslim Sisterhood took part in many demonstrations in coordination with the Brotherhood in Egypt, including strongly protesting Egypt’s participation in the war in the Gulf. They didn’t broadcast that it was a Sisterhood event, instead acting as a willing crowd to support the message. The Muslim Brotherhood is based in Egypt but has spread all over the Muslim world where for many years it has been the largest, best-organized, and one of the most disciplined groups in driving Islam domination across the lands. The Brotherhood was formally legalized in the post-revolution period following the period the world knows as the Arab Spring when things in Egypt were in chaos. They swiftly won several elections, taking over half the Parliament seats and winning the Presidential election of 2012, installing Mohamed Morsi as the new President. The tenure of Morsi would be short, mainly due to his methodology. He granted himself the power to legislate without judicial oversight or review and his draft version of a new constitution was a clear attempt to change Egypt into an Islamic ruled nation. Brotherhood gangs kept demonstrators in line for fear of violence, reporters were imprisoned or simply disappeared, and Islamist radicals attacked Christians and other minorities. The tensions continued to rise and the country fell into a state of unrest with Islam on one side and everyone else on the other which reached a tipping point in July of 2013, when millions of Egyptians demanded his resignation as President. On July 3rd, 2013 Morsi was arrested and detained by the military.

The arrest was just the beginning of the fight. Egyptian army Chief General Abdel Fattah el-Sisi who had removed the President from power suspended the Egyptian Constitution and on August 14th declared a month-long state of emergency. The Egyptian army began raiding Brotherhood strongholds and battles broke out between the two factions but within a week nearly all of the Brotherhood leadership was in custody of the army including Supreme Leader Mohammed Badie. In late September the Muslim Brotherhood was designated a terrorist organization, officially outlawed and had all of their assets seized by the government. On 24 March 2014, an Egyptian court sentenced 529 members of the Muslim Brotherhood to death and approximately 16,000 others imprisoned. On 2 February 2015, an Egyptian court additionally sentenced 183 of those imprisoned to death. Mohamed Morsi was sentenced to death on 16 May 2015, along with 120 others. Egypt's Court of Cassation overturned the life sentence handed to Muslim Brotherhood chief and spiritual guide Mohamed Badie over violence-related charges in an appeal session, ordering a retrial. The Cassation court also reversed life sentences against 12 others, including deputy-leader Khairat El-Shater and senior Brotherhood figures Essam El-Erian, Saad el-Katatni and Mohamed el-Belt.

Across the Globe - Seen but Unseen

With the Brotherhood formally denounced and most of its leadership imprisoned awaiting trial, the Sisterhood would become much more important. The Muslim Sisterhood remains mysterious and its complete membership list secretive. Yet, it is an extremely active group, consisting of highly educated media icons who speak multiple languages while traveling the globe and wielding influence over several international organizations, from the United Nations to women's advocacy groups. The Sisterhood's membership includes Hijab advocacy groups in Europe, prominent doctors that became public figures, media moguls who double as conspiracy theorists while serving as cogs in the propaganda war machine and high ranking employees at multiple newspapers and legal organization. The interconnection between these stealthily positioned women and their handlers shows the huge web being spun by those who envision a world dominated by Islam. They offer the Brotherhood a unique clandestine communication tool that is untraceable and allows for the spread of Brotherhood propaganda and instructions at will. While we in America and our allies in Europe and Asia squabble over partisan politics, the real threat is slipping in under our noses seemingly at will.

Valerie Jarrett

Valerie Jarrett, the closest advisor of President Obama, is a member of the Muslim Sisterhood. She lurks in the shadows but her influence on the President is enormous. Jarrett was born in Iran and her family history is rife with Islamic and Political ties. Her father-in-law Vernon Jarrett was a known Communist supporter and very influential on her, and then through her on both Barack and Michelle Obama. Her family circle also included leftist elites and domestic terrorists turned educators Bill Ayers, Bernardine Dorn, Tony Rezko, Jackie Grimshaw, and Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakahn. Her early political life as a central player in the Daley-run Chicago political machine, and prior to that, a member of the Harold Washington mayoral administration further developed her leftist principles. Her influence guided President Obama to the decisions he made in demanding former Egyptian President and American ally Hosni Mubarak step aside and cede power to the Muslim Brotherhood.

Huma Abedin

Huma Abedin, Hillary Clinton’s senior aide who never leaves her side has a very close connection to the Sisterhood. Dr. Saleha Abedin, her mother, is an active member of the Muslim Sisterhood. Once Hillary Clinton’s tenure began as Secretary of State, with Huma Abedin serving as a top adviser, the United States has aligned itself with the Muslim Brotherhood in some odd ways. We reversed the policy against formal contacts with the Muslim Brotherhood, funded Hamas, the Palestinian branch of the Brotherhood, America continued funding Egypt after the Brotherhood took power, we dropped an investigation of Brotherhood organizations in the U.S., the White House hosted Brotherhood delegations in the United States, and on and on and on. Additionally, Oxford University, which has long been infiltrated by Islamists who founded the Oxford Centre for Islamic Studies (OCIS), has Huma's brother Hassan listed as a fellow and partners with a number of Muslim Brotherhood members on the Board, including al-Qaeda associate, Omar Naseef and the notorious Muslim Brotherhood leader Sheikh Youssef Qaradawi. Basically our National Security policies were “steered” to align with the Muslim Brotherhood through a Muslim Sister, Huma Abedin.

Saleha Abedin is also known for her efforts in editing and translating (into English) author Fatima Umar Naseef's 1999 book, Women in Islam: A Discourse in Rights and Obligations, which quotes extensively from the Muslim Brotherhood theorist Sayyid Qutb. The book asserts that all Muslim women must wear the hijab and that Sharia law offers women escape from the tyranny of manmade laws that enslave them. The book further states that female genital mutilation is permissible, stoning and whipping are appropriate as punishments and that those who abandon the Muslim faith should be violently executed. It also clearly states that women are not only permitted, but expected to participate in violent jihad.

You Decide

Internet searches will tell you that there are no connections as mentioned above and that the American government is not influenced in any way by Muslims. World media sources support the false belief that Islam is the religion of peace. Organizations like CAIR make continued demands on our system and cry out discrimination at any opposition. When you control the narrative and the flow of information on a global basis, it’s easy to make your real agenda disappear, right?

Summary

I'm not one to shy away from any discussion and I am eager to hear what people have to say on this topic - it is quite controversial so please be respectful in what you say. Don't try to hijack my Hub for your own personal message - it won't fly.

Blessed Be!
