The lying crooks have become flippers.

Updated on December 16, 2018

The lying crooks have become flippers.

Flynn, Cohen, AMI, and Manafort primarily have the dirt on the con man and have given it to the legal system to incriminate the con man.

Kelly can incriminate the con man also, in obstruction of justice!

Why did trump call on Butina? Our first thought was that someone close to the con man was conspiring with her. When he did on July 2015 at a Las Vegas event, he said he would eliminate the Russians the US benefit to Putin for his destroying the 2016 presidential election and discussing a Moscow trump tower (quid pro quo).

trump will destroy the US to evade justice and his defenses will become more fallacious and desperate.

Flynn

The most striking part of Bob Mueller’s sentencing memo is that it recommended Michael Flynn serve no prison time, because of his “substantial” assistance to “several ongoing investigations”. The special counsel wrote that Flynn had participated in 19 interviews with federal prosecutors and turned over documents and communications. Flynn flipped on the con man, otherwise why 19 interviews?

Mueller wrote that Flynn had provided “firsthand information about the content and context of interactions between the con man’s transition team and Russian government officials. Flynn admitted he had lied to FBI agents about his interactions with ambassador Kislyak when they interviewed him just four days after the inauguration, but also asserted that others in trump’s transition team knew about his talks with Kislyak, according to court filings.

The special counsel noted that Flynn’s “early cooperation was particularly valuable because he was one of the few people with long-term and firsthand insight regarding events and issues under investigation by the SCO,”—which are conspiring with the Russians to ruin the 2016 election, and obstruction of justice.

As part of his investigation, Mueller has been working to determine whether any of Trump’s allies coordinated with Russia or sought help for his campaign (quid pro quo). Prosecutors have sought to learn whether Trump urged Flynn’s outreach to the Russian ambassador to signal that the new White House team would go easy on the Russian government while conspiring with the Russians to ruin the 2016 election.

Flynn is a dishonorable person—otherwise why would have been such an ardent con supporter? Flynn is cooperating, but shamefully decided to attack the FBI—another con man staple tactic. The con man’s cronies lie habitually. Who could believe that the National Security Advisor didn’t know it was a crime to lie to the FBI, other than the con man?

The special counsel's office is pushing back at the suggestion that the FBI acted improperly in its interview of former national security adviser Michael Flynn.

Flynn's lawyers said in a sentencing memorandum that Flynn was not warned during his interview with the FBI that it was a crime to lie to federal agents. But prosecutors with special counsel Robert Mueller say Flynn had lied to the White House about his contacts with the Russian ambassador well before the January 2017 interview and merely repeated the same falsehoods when approached by the FBI.

Mueller has recommended no jail time for Flynn, but this latest Flynn scam can’t help. Did the con man get his ‘Lock her up’ chanter to do this?

Filings against Cohen--Mueller’s filing:

A Russian national who claimed ties to the Kremlin told President Trump’s personal attorney, Michael Cohen, as early as November 2015 that he could use his Russian government connections to help Trump’s business and political prospects.

The new information about Cohen is particularly significant because the contact came in the campaign’s early months and because prosecutors said the Russian national claimed to have interest in helping Trump’s campaign as well as his business.

Prosecutors wrote that around November 2015, “Cohen received the contact information for, and spoke with, a Russian national who claimed to be a ‘trusted person’ in the Russian Federation who could offer the campaign ‘political synergy’ and ‘synergy on a government level.’ ”

They said Cohen told prosecutors that the Russian repeatedly suggested arranging a meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Trump, in part as a way of helping Cohen advance plans to build a Trump real estate project in Moscow.

Cohen provided the SCO with useful information concerning certain discrete Russia-related matters core to its investigation that he obtained by virtue of his regular contact with [The Trump Organization] executives during the campaign.” The defendant’s false statements obscured the fact that the Moscow Project was a lucrative business opportunity that sought, and likely required, the assistance of the Russian government. If the project was completed, the Company could have received hundreds of millions of dollars from Russian sources in licensing fees and other revenues. The fact that Cohen continued to work on the project and discuss it with Individual 1 well into the campaign was material to the ongoing congressional and SCO investigations, particularly because it occurred at a time of sustained efforts by the Russian government to interfere with the U.S. presidential election. Similarly, it was material that Cohen, during the campaign, had a substantive telephone call about the project with an assistant to the press secretary for the President of Russia Mueller’s team says.

“The person told Cohen that such a meeting could have a ‘phenomenal’ impact ‘not only in political but in a business dimension as well,’ referring to the Moscow Project, because there is ‘no bigger warranty in any project than consent of [the President of Russia],’ ” prosecutors wrote.

The con man is directly implicated in obstruction of justice and conspiring with the Russians as according to Mueller’s sentencing memo of Cohen "Cohen told the Special Counsel's Office that he lied about remarks re Moscow being spontaneous...that in fact he consulted with Trump prior to reaching out to the Russian government."

Mueller filing essentially destroys the con man's lie that Special Counsel has only turned up old crimes unrelated to the President. Documents note Cohen contacts with WH and into 2017-2018. In the con man's written answers to Mueller's questions trump refused to answer questions relevant to his time after being president. This shows why.

Filings against Cohen--SDNY’s filing:

"Cohen acted with the intent to influence the 2016 presidential election [by committing campaign finance crimes] ... Cohen himself has now admitted, with respect to both payments, he acted in coordination with and at the direction of Individual-1." [Trump]

SDNY prosecutors state Trump’s role in directing the payment as plain fact. Linking Trump to knowledge of the payment and the payment to the campaign is important. One of the defenses that might have been offered by Trump is that he regularly had his attorney pay off women to keep their stories quiet. The government filing indicates that AMI and Cohen discussed the company helping to make such payoffs as early as 2014. But the references to the rationale behind the payments in 2016 and the inclusion of the phrase “at the direction” of the candidate bolsters the evidence that the McDougal and Daniels payments were not just run-of-the-mill behavior. There is little question Cohen, the campaign and the candidate are liable for the campaign finance violations.

Regarding Cohen the con man tweeted “You mean he can do all of the TERRIBLE, unrelated to trump, things having to do with fraud, big loans, Taxis, etc., and not serve a long prison term?”

Giuliani said “Mueller brings process cases like Cohen’s pleading guilty to lying to Congress and threatens similar cases against Cohen and Corsi. These cases, and all so far, demonstrate no evidence of Trump collusion and are “...full of sound and fury signifying.” This is the kind of propaganda you get when you have sycophants trying to ingratiate themselves with the mob boss con man.

The 2 sentencing filings of Cohen make it clear that the con man is a crook who would do anything—including conspiring with Russians during his presidential campaign to ruin the election, to fleece his pockets with Russian money.

Cohen has AMI’s substantiation that the con man knew about the hush money payments.

Cohen, the con man’s former lawyer, said in a television interview that the con man knew it was wrong to make hush-money payments to women who alleged they had affairs with him, directly contradicting claims from the con man.

Cohen is a liar, so investigators need other sources before they believe him-- and they have them, which must be fueling the con man’s anger against the investigations. The National Enquirer’s parent company, American Media Inc. (AMI), acknowledged paying hush money to a woman who alleged an affair with the con man to “suppress the woman’s story” and “prevent it from influencing the election.”

The admission came as federal prosecutors announced Wednesday that they would not prosecute the company.

David Pecker also stated that trump was there when he and Cohen discussed the hush payments.

Also, we can’t forget the tape Cohen made of the con man discussing the hush payments with Cohen. The con man has produced so many other distractions this compelling evidence is being swept aside. Remember the Access Hollywood tape? Remember how the con man apologized for the remarks, only until later he said it wasn’t his voice on the tape? That scenario will develop for the Cohen tape as well.

Cohen has more dirt on the con man

It isn’t only the hush payments that implicate the con man in crimes. In an interview, Cohen declined to answer specific questions about the investigation by special counsel Robert S. Mueller III into possible coordination between Russia and Trump’s 2016 campaign. “I don’t want to jeopardize any of their investigations,” he said.

Asked whether he thinks Trump is telling the truth about the Russia investigation, Cohen replied, “No.”

Lanny Davis , a former attorney for Cohen, implied that there are other tapes that Cohen made of the con man admitting to crimes. trump doesn't know what his 'Fixer' possesses. The con man shouldn't have committed crimes because he is going to have to serve time.

Manafort

The con man has been lying that Mueller is investigating Manafort for crimes that occurred solely before period that Manafort worked in the trump campaign.

Mueller's team said that former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort lied and his communications were intercepted as Manafort told a person via text message to talk to a trump administration official in May, and separately he was in touch with the administration through February 2018, according to the Mueller 12/7/18 filing regarding Manafort.

Mueller's team said Manafort lied about his interactions with Konstantin Kilimnik, his Russian associate who Mueller has said has ties to the Russian military intelligence unit accused of hacking the Democrats, and how they may have worked together to tamper with witnesses following Manafort's arrest last year.

The investigators say they have evidence about electronic communications related to Kilimnik and travel records.

Kelly can incriminate the con man also, in obstruction of justice!

Mueller interviewed Kelly about the con man’s obstruction of justice after Kelly’s July 2017 appointment. It centered around he con man’ plan to fire Mueller, which White House counsel Don McGahn couldn’t publicly deny.

Why did trump call on Butina?

Maria Butina, a Russian gun rights activist pleaded guilty to conspiring with a senior Russian official to infiltrate the conservative movement in the United States as an agent for the Kremlin from 2015 until her arrest in July.

Butina is the first Russian national—the only of many to be exposed, convicted of seeking to influence U.S. policy in the run-up to the 2016 election by acting as a foreign agent. She agreed to cooperate in a plea deal with U.S. investigators in exchange for less prison time.

Butina admitted to working with an American political operative under the direction of a former Russian senator, Alexander Torshin — now the deputy governor of Russia’s sanctioned central bank — to forge connections with officials at the National Rifle Association, conservative leaders and candidates in the 2016 U.S. presidential race, including the con man, whose rise to the White House she presciently predicted to her Russian contact.

The con man received a huge influx of money from the National Rifle Association. Was that Russian money the National Rifle Association laundered?

trump will destroy the US to evade justice and his defenses will become more fallacious and desperate.

Flynn, Cohen, AMI, Manafort and Kelly are incriminating the con man. The con man’s concession to Butina amounted to a quid pro quo national TV documented confession.

There is no comparison of the con man’s and John Edwards’ hush payments because the con man’s co-conspirators admit to the fraudulent conspiracy. The con man’s co-conspirators admission makes it impossible to consider this being anything other than a campaign finance violation.

How is the irrational con man responding to all of his legal challenges?

Regarding the hush payments the con man tweeted “that the payments were “a simple private transaction” — not election-related spending subject to campaign-finance laws,” is simply a lie.

The con man also tweeted regarding the hush payments “Lawyer’s liability if he made a mistake, not me.” This is also simply a lie because all presidential candidates, including the con man, receive explanations of federal campaign regulations. If the dotard didn’t pay attention that is his fault.

The authoritarian attacks of Mueller will be unrelenting now that the con man is being backed into a corner. The con man tweeted “We will be doing a major Counter Report to the Mueller Report. This should never again be allowed to happen to a future President of the United States!” I had to look to see if I was mistaken, but there are articles about the White House having no plan for confronting the Mueller Report, which is diametrically opposed to today’s con man lie.

Giuliani offered a new defense of hush money payments that the con man’s former fixer Cohen made on his behalf.

“Nobody got killed, nobody got robbed … This was not a big crime. I think in two weeks they’ll start with parking tickets that haven’t been paid,” Giuliani said.

The con man's new front runner for AG, Barr, believes in the unitary executive theory of the presidency, just as 'Barto' does, which means that with these two the con man has two get out of jail free cards.

All of the con man’s attacks on our ability to comprehend reality, and our faith in the legal system will destroy our country. The con man will further the divisions in our country to evade justice.

The lying crooks have become flippers. They all have criminal liability and as rats turning on rats, these crooks will turn on the head rat, the con man, trump.

Lying, attacking his accusers and saying that the con man is above the law comprise the defenses trump has since the truth is against him.
