Thick As A Brick

The woman is dense and I mean extremely dense. As much as she hungers to bang a gavel in the House of Representatives she just doesn't get it. The Democrats don't control the House of Representatives Pelosi because the people don't want the likes of you to pass anymore bills so the tax payers can "see what is in them."

Somehow there seems to be a great wind tunnel between the woman's ears. But also somehow there are people out there on the Left Coast of this nation who keep returning the airhead to Congress over and over again. The sad thing is that she seems to think she is still in charge and calling the shots. The fact is different from her Democratic fantasy. Queen Pelosi lost her crown in 2010 and is relegated to the dust heap, the top of it in fact, of the worst Speaker of the House our nation has witnessed.

I must admit that she does maybe on occasion make a fool out of herself and provide a certain amount of entertainment value on Capitol Hill. Here's her latest gaffe with her usual stupid grin attached to it.

So having said that at a press conference she somehow doesn't quite get that she isn't in charge of anything. In fact she might want to concentrate a bit more on controlling herself and her mouth. At times her mouth engages before her brain cell kicks in. I've been known to be critical of Nancy Pelosi and every time I am it is rightfully deserved. More of this "fair share" garbage hit the interview circuit this past Sunday and spilled forth from San Fran Nan's lips. I still get confused how the Democrats see "fair share" and exclude 47% of wage earners from any "any share." Someone needs to enlighten me.

The other thing that comes to mind is the concept of anyone caring what Nancy Pelosi says about her demands being met. She can "vow" away and it be totally meaningless because she is no longer in a position to shove any more bad ideas down the American public's throat. All this talk about bringing in more revenue is total nonsense. That really means that Obama wants more of our tax dollars to waste on the same follies he has wasted our hard earned dollars on during the past 4 years - $6 trillion worth.

Listen closely to what she says. She actually thinks she's somebody now, doesn't she?

The most alarming part of what Pelsoi said in that interview is as follows:

"Time is of the essence. The quicker we do it, the more confidence we instill, the better it is for the economy and for the American people."

This is the same woman who for decades has helped create the mess that we see. This is the same woman who told us that Obamacare had to be passed in secret so that we could find out what is in it. Anytime a politician says "time is of the essence" I suggest that the American public duck. They should have thought of all of this when they created a pony "debt commission" and attached sequestration to it. They should have thought about what they were doing when they agreed to fiscal suicide in order to raise the debt ceiling the last time they did that too. They have brought this upon the American public themselves.

With $6 trillion in excessive spending Obama has brought us right to the edge of the fiscal cliff. Any spending reductions they want to wave around are smoke and m,irrors accounting tricks. In order to deal with the crisis there will have to be PAIN involved and it has to be distributed equally across this nation. We can't afford the welfare mentality any longer. We can't spend money we don't have by a federal government who thinks ink, paper and a printing press are the answer to our prayers.

In the meantime, Nancy Pelosi needs to sit down and shaddup...
