Will the Democrats Hold the US House in 2020?

US House Projection: Democrat 228, Republican 191, Toss-up 16 (updated August 23)
Using the national ratings as a baseline, and implementing the rule that at least 3 of the 5 ratings have to agree, we end up today with the Democrats projected to hold the house, clearing the minimum of 218 seats by 10 seats. In order for the Republicans to gain control of the House, they would need to win 27 more seats than currently projected. For perspective, the outcome of the 2018 election was Democrat 235, Republican 200.
