Women Candidates for BJP in West Bengal for 2019 Lok Sabha
Locket and Deboshree
Nomination
There are 42 seats out of 543. Previously BJP won 72 seats in Uttar Pradesh but this election is going to be hard for BJP to get 72 as there is a strong united opposition to defeat them. Thus BJP targets other states where they can also take some winners to keep the throne out of danger zone. West Bengal is one where BJP hopes to make a better result and make up the crisis in Uttar Pradesh. Thus strong candidates are given in West Bengal. Among 42 seats 6 are given for the women candidates. The ruling party has nominated 17 women candidates out of 42. Thus BJP tries to keep a balance though lags far behind in number. Here are three strong women candidates who are thought to give a strong fight.
