On Saturday August 30, Israel struck a bakery in Gaza City in the Al-Nasr neighborhood. More than 12 were killed including many children, and dozens wounded. Elsewhere in Gaza today Israel killed at least 70 Palestinians including at least 40 in Gaza City. Heavy shelling and continued in Al-Zaytoun and Al-Sabra.

According to Suppressed News, in the past seven days, 548 Palestinians were killed in Gaza, including 158 seeking aid and 59 from starvation.
