Get over it , one's as good as the next in this foundational civil right , In truth and statistical form , the first amendment has allowed more death and destruction than the second ?
Yes, I do believe you are correct. Good news!
The House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday voted 19-11 for the Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act of 2017. I believe this is important for i.e. truckers, and many people who travel from State to State for business, etc. There are too many lawless people, so much so that law abiding citizens need to be able to protect themselves legally when traveling.
"My second amendment rights just as relevant as your first !"
The principle of the First Amendment - the right of free speech - is a fundamental human right in all free countries, because without it, a democracy practising free and fair elections cannot exist. Dictatorship or anarchy are the only possible scenarios when that right is denied.
The essence of the 2nd Amendment - the right to self-defence - is also fundamental, but the idea that that extends inevitably to the right to bear arms (ie: guns) is a peculiarly American notion. Gun ownership is not considered a fundamental right almost anywhere else in the world. And even in America there is clearly huge disagreement over the precise intent behind the wording of the 2nd Amendment.
California's new law allows for people to go to jail for not using proper gender pronouns. The politically correct agenda is a dictatorship. Yeah, they are following in the footsteps of New York.
Liberalism is a mental disorder.
There are only two genders.
