How is it that the voters only see their representative coming around the constituencies meeting...
the people when there is going to be an election? In certain cases it is almost impossible to meet up with the elected representatives when you need something urgent.
This happens all the time, when you need to talk with an elected representative about certain issues affecting the constituency or the citizens, it is difficult to locate him to get things done. But when election is round the corner, he is so readily available to shake hands and with broad smiles and all the promises to get him elected, and 'boom' you don't see anymore, let alone fulfilling the promises made during election time.
