People will be running around like headless chickens making pretentious speeches telling us that we should take a day to plough an acre of land; under a tarpaulin in the pouring rain. Only eat vegetables to stop methane gas from farm animals, of course, people would then be producing more methane?
Under the action these people propose, food production and transport would decline leading to widespread poverty, famine and starvation, so the population would fall, except, of course, amongst the rich and powerful who will implement the measures and control the armed forces to ensure they are followed, worldwide dictatorship.

The problem isn't as easy or clear cut as these people would have us believe.
unexpected rains, floods unseasonal variations of temperature very hot summer with longer duration of day time..
Al Gore and a whole bunch of other granola crunchers will be hanging around close by trying to figure an angle by which they can either make money or win an award. Those are usually the first true signs that warming is suspected! WB
