Do you have volunteer ideas for students who are in a low socio-economic area who may not be...

able to afford transportation to the place they  want to volunteer at?  What can they do from school or home?

If there is a group with adult involvement, the adult could guide the group in choosing to reach out to the elderly in their neighborhood, clean up a business area, or helping young students with their homework.  This effort could involve community fund raising to help finance the work, development of organizational skills, responding to accountability, and more.  All of which would help the students grow up with increased ability to function well in society.  These benefits would help them stand out among peers and become leaders.  The implications of working with the students shine a bright of hope for their individual futures and their communities.
