some people know whats on your mind, mind readers, but how do you become a mind reader?
you get taught by a mind reader and use your 'third eye'
If you believe in it, then it is likely something you are born with. If training exists to help you utilize innate talent, you would be best to find with in an environment that is conducive to the practice.
Such as a palmistry shop or a group online community.
From what I understand, it is difficult to accurately read minds even if you have had the experience since your youth.
Why do you want to know how to read minds?
You can learn about profiling, That would help. If you can sense auras or vibes as I call them, that can also be of help.
I assume that it is next to impossible to know in exact and precise detail what a person is thinking at any given time. Taking circumstances in consideration and things such as personality traits, beliefs, gestures, etc., one can indeed have a good idea of what someone else might be thinking at a specific time.
This is not something easy to do.

How do you control obbessive thinking? Yes there are meds that help. Of course meditation, diet, and excerise....but that seems all to apparent to me. I have tried all of them and sometimes they help but really I think its doing what you LOVE. Lately I've taken up crafting and it keeps my mind busy...
