should pathologist dr. charles smith be sent to prison?
he caused 13 people to go to prison by giving false evidence on his findings and these people were convicted for killing or abusing their children though they were innocent.
I don't know the details of this; however, if it can be proved that he perverted the course of justice by giving false evidence against people, they should be compensated. He should receive the laid down punishment for his crimes, I believe that if the options are fines or imprisonment, then I believe he should get the more severe punishment.
