No. Just trying to get a share of the profits because it refuses to understand that a truly balanced model for progress includes the best of money and social involvement and connectivity. Too many see the InterWeb as just another line for their bank. What they need to do is shift their thinking to be more focused on the power of collaboration and the values that exist will flow more freely and fairly to all.
They will do whatever it takes for their corporate buddies to make a profit.
I'm sure they will at some point and time. The U.S. Congress is a joke...Not all but most of the individuals are. All they have to do is stop being so damn greedy. Well... that would be a nice start.
No, but the military and many agencies in the executive branch want to do it.
