What do you know about Douglas Lind Rokke, aka Major Rokke, aka Dr Rokke?
Did you know that the PhD was in Vocational Education, that's the teaching of high school for those who want to learn a trade and not go on to college? Did you know that the Major is Army Reserve (retired); his only experience with depleted uranium was less than three months as First Lieutentant after the Gulf War and 15 months at Fort McClellan, Alabama as a Captain. Captain Rokke, US Army Reserve, wrote this article "Depleted Uranium, What is it? How about proper grammer such as how to write "aka" or "US" (with periods or without?).Or perhaps explain in layman's terms how to capitalize titles without going into things like pronouns or adverbs. You seem to know everything so I figure you're the perfect person to ask.
