Today, the Ontario Supreme Court of Justice ruled that laws prohibiting the existence of brothels
are unconstitutional and it gave the government one year to re-write parts of the Criminal Code. Some people are outraged and are acting as if this is the beginning of prostitution in Ontario, when in fact prostitution is actually one of the oldest professions known to our human specie. It already exists, it's just that it exists in shadows ... what is so wrong with legalizing something that has always been around and in no way is going to go away?
If some men are stupid enough to pay for sex and some women are stupid enough to sell their bodies for sex, let them get on with it.
