What do you think the federal govt can do about the flooding in New Orleans?
All the pols, bureaucrats, lobbyists and nonprofit staffers can go buy buckets, carry them to New Orleans, and start bailing. That ought to take them long enough to keep them off our backs for a while, especially if we make them walk there and back.
Honestly, I believe New Orleans will always flood. However, I would love to see someone come up with a plan for the city not to flood. The costs would be insane though!
