How many Obama fiat immigration ruling beneficiaries are PhDs?

We have been told, again and again, that a big reason for Obama bypassing the entire history of American Law to award millions of illegals a legal status is that America needs talented and well educated immigrants. How many of the millions of illegals he has dubbed legal are literate in their own language, let alone PhDs, Engineers, Physicians, etc?

Is it just demagoguery by a would be dictator? The other reason he gives is that he has lost patience with Congress. SO WHAT! This is the impulse of a dictator not a President. Presidents cannot bypass Congress on a whim to create law.

The executive order extends amnesty to families who have been living the U.S. for years and most have children who were born here.
I hope you are aware of the fact that Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush — did the same thing in (extending amnesty) to family members who were not covered by the last major overhaul of immigration law in 1986.
There are also some stipulations such as paying back taxes and other requirements. With regard to him mentioning "losing his patience" he is referring to a bill the Senate passed over a year ago and congress never bothered to bring it to the floor.
Both Republicans and Democrats have been talking about doing something about immigration.
The Comprehensive Immigration Reform Act of 2007  (Before Obama) was a bill discussed in the 110th United States Congress that would have provided legal status and a path to citizenship for the approximately 12 million illegal immigrants residing in the United States. Both parties had been pushing for this until Obama became president. Now they flip flop based upon (his) position on issues.
Every president has used executive orders in the past. This isn't new.
Congress will still be passing a law on immigration.
As for PhDs,  Engineers, and Physicians if they're already here and have been so for 5 years or more they too would qualify.

WRONG! Reagan and Bush extended amnesty within the frame work of legislation passed by Congress and signed into law. Obama is making an imperial decree. The 2007 amnesty bill died, only certain elements supported it then and now.

Congress will pass a bill and in fact the president is asking them to. If it's determined this executive order is unconstitutional than the conservative Supreme Court will overturn it. We have checks & balances. We'll see if he broke the law.

In his own words he took this decision because Congress would not pass the bill he wanted, that is the position of a despot. The Supreme Court is the worst possible way to settle the separation of powers argument, unless the President is untrustworthy
