How many white people are there in Iraq and Syria

Our stereotypical idea of the middle eastern people is that they are all Brown people.  But base on some images we see these days, from Iraq and Syria, it is very obvious some middle Eastern people are also white.  So, what is the ratio of white middle Eastern people are there and are they in all Middle East or just parts of Middle East closer to Europe?  The image below is a Syrian girl been help by UNICEF and she is obviously white!

Religious association and tribal affiliation matters much more than what the West would consider race there.
For example, the Kurds are a non-Arab Muslim group, while Yazidis are a non-Arab and non-Muslim group. Their skin color is irrelevant in interactions with others there - the tribe/ethnicity and religion are all that would.
