I wrote this blog post to get attention, create controversy, and maybe bring some people together. I am going to continue to write like this. It creates good discussions and it is actually pretty fun.

As I was writing this I was basically trying to sound ignorant and write about things that people are sure to get mad about. Then it hit me, there has to be a few people out there that agree with my post.

So whether you agree or not, please tell me how you feel about this subject. Is the United States too strict with their insurance laws?

Insurance is the collective pooling of funds from some community as a whole, to insure individuals against bad luck.
Collective pooling of funds is socialist, like the churches do. However this is America and socialism, like insurance or health care, is mostly only allowed to be privately owned and operated.

I understand that. But in order to drive you need car insurance by law.
