Introduction

Love is one of the strongest emotions and probably the most basic. It was out love that the world and man was created. However, it is probably the most complicated expression that anyone can show. This hub highlights ten (10) ways to express your love to your wife.

This hub, while targeted at males, can be used by females as well.

10 Ways to Say "I Love You"

  1. Say it with flowers

Women love flowers (unless they are allergic) and surprising her with a bouquet of roses of lilies is an ideal way of saying ‘I love you’ without actually saying it. It wouldn’t hurt to write her a poem with that.

  2. Try another language

Give your loved one a thrill by telling her you love her in some foreign exotic language. It might sound crazy but some women will actually appreciate the effort.

  3. Make her dinner

Women love a man who can cook. Making dinner for your wife is a good way of showing her how much you care about her. Doing the dishes after should also earn you some extra points.

  4. Remember her birthday

This is one of the most important things to remember about your wife. Never forget and always get her a present. She will notice – believe me. Also other important dates would be your wedding day, the day you first met and probably your first time to make love.

  5. Listen to her

Take time to listen to her and try to connect with her emotions. It is therapeutic for her and also builds a bond trust between you.

  6. Compliment her

Tell her how nice her hair looks or compliment her dress. It’s a good way of assuring her that you still take notice of her.

  7. Kiss her passionately

Every time you kiss her, do it like the first time you ever kissed her. Give her that passion and intensity you shared when younger.

  8. Take her shopping

I hate this part but I know my wife appreciates the gesture. Take her shopping even if it bores you – she will love you for the making the effort.

  9. Surprise her

Once is a while, give her a surprise – something unexpected, out of the blue. Take her on a holiday, camping, to the movies or anywhere. A nice surprise is always a welcome surprise.

  10. Tell her constantly

Women need constant validation and simply telling her you love is another way of doing it. This is probably the most simple but most effective means of communicating your love.

A Last Word

These are just some ways of telling her you love her. There are countless other ways of doing it. However, the most important factor is that you’ve got to mean it when you express it, then will it be truly reflected in your actions.
