At The Beach
It was 4:00 p.m. in the afternoon, the sun was still shining bright, about 24 degrees in the summer month of June. She was looking for a bank with a shade underneath the palm trees to sit while waiting for him.
She took her pocket book out of her bag and a little bootle of mineral water. She had about 30 minutes as she begun to read the new novel she just bought as she came earlier compensating half hour from work. She grasp the bottle of water to treat her thirst, after four sips she was satisfied relieving herself from the warm day.
There were lots of people passing her by, strolling in the beach promenade. A family with 2 little children enjoying walking along the seashore. Some couples hand in hand. She was enjoying observing the people around her instead of reading the book. She closed her book, put it in her black leather bag.
He walked towards her with a smile, she was glad it had not taken long for him to come, 4:25 p.m. 5 minutes earlier. He kissed her lips tenderly as she hugged him. He sitted beside her, his arms on her shoulder as they talked to each other.
He brought a picnic bag with him and they started to walked along the seashore. They both played with the waves with their barefoot, hand in hand. He hugged her as she managed to run away from the waves. She kissed him for a while as he hugged her closer to him.
They found a beautiful place, a little cove where they have been for several times, their favorite lover's nest. Two palm trees gave a shade where they sitted on the picnic blanket.
He opened a bottle of champagne and pour on the two champagne glasses he brougjht with. The glasses clang together as they said *cheers* and kissed each other. He opened a can of peanuts and a small pack of potato chips.
Together they watched the coming sunset as they talked and laughed with each other.
The Candle Light Dinner
It was 6:00 p.m. as they walked back from the shore. They stop by at the restaurant along the beach as he led her to the reception. She was amazed as he talked with the waiter, as he told her his surprise to her, a candle light dinner
The table they had was direct on the beach with a beautiful sea panorama. It was covered with white table cloth, 2 red candles and six little pink roses in a small flower vase. The rattan chairs with its comfortable seat cution and the table matched the typical asian atmosphere with native palm roofs. A simple classic elegance atmosphere.
They had starters of martini on the rocks for him, margarita for her, gambas, small portion of avocado shrimp salad and mixed green salad.
They enjoyed the exotic fish fondue with housemaid bread and mixed vegetables. The white wine was pefect.
The dessert buffet was terrific. They enjoyed some excellent specialities.
They had a beautiful afternoon together and a perfect night together....
