A healthy mind is equal to a healthy relationship

Let me start off by saying that this article is based on my own experiences and own point of view.

Recently, I realized that a healthy mind is equal to a healthy relationship. It may come off as something that is supposed to be obvious, but take in mind that I had been in past relationship that I was the toxic one and I just couldn't help it.

An example of how toxic I was is: I liked to test the love of my past lovers to its extent to know how much they loved me to the point that even if they proved themselves again and again I just couldn't help but to test them. However, at the time, I didn't realized it. I was just wasn't happy and it was horrible for both of us. People tend to give up on me in this way and I kind of think that it was what I wanted.

However, one time I came across someone who knew his worth well enough to ignore my antics and just leave all of a sudden knowing that a relationship with me is gonna be toxic. This drove me mad and desperate that it made me rethink all of my decisions and past relationships.

With that, I thank him everyday and is still friends with him. Now, I have loving boyfriend that accepts me and sometimes when I am feeling toxic he just reassured me and says all the right things.
